Our apartment with separate entrance is located in the new annex of our detached house in the quiet center of Bannewitz. Within walking distance you can reach the bakery (open on Sundays!), supermarket and public transport to Dresden in 5 minutes. This takes you in about 20 minutes to the city center to the Frauenkirche, Semperoper, Zwinger or to the main train station Dresden. From there you can also start a trip to the Elbe Sandstone Mountains or to Meissen. Hiking or biking trails are right outside the front door.

They have a locked apartment / 40 m2 on level ground. The terrace invites you to linger. The 2 beds are 1 m wide and 2 m long. The sofa bed is 2×2 m and can be used as a 3rd bed. Billiards , darts, etc. are ready for you. Hiking through the vineyards of Seußlitz and the Elberadweg just 400 m away invite you. Parking and 2 bicycles are available free of charge. Bright and charming loft with magnificent views

For rent is a nice, bright loft in an apartment building on the outskirts of Dresden in the quiet district of Dölzschen. The loft consists of an open kitchen-living room, a bathroom with shower and toilet. The sleeping area is located above the living room in the attic, which can be reached via a ladder with railing. In the living room there is a sofa which can be folded out and thus 4 people can stay in the loft (2 people in the bed in the sleeping area and 2 people on the sofa bed).

You can reach the living room with corner sofa and TV and small kitchen, the bedroom (bed 1.80 m x 2.00 m) and the bathroom with shower, sink and toilet via a separate entrance.

It is ideally suited to relax in a quiet environment after a busy day in the city. Free parking is available right outside the front door. Pets are not allowed. No extra guests and no visitors allowed. The rear garden cannot be used.

Our cozy apartment with separate entrance is in a quiet, green environment. Enjoy a relaxing holiday at the vineyard in a protected landscape area. Dogs are also very welcome here. Near the apartment you will find restaurants, a supermarket, bakery, butcher and pharmacy. Within 30 minutes you are by public transport in the center of Dresden. Moritzburg, Meißen and Saxon Switzerland are also easily accessible by car.

You can stay here longer. Everything you need comes together here: apartment with short distances from bus and train, free parking at the house, a comfortable bed, closet, sofa for chilling, table for working, kitchen with everything needed for a simple meal, bathroom with window, of course W LAN with fast internet. It's quiet. The small apartment on the first floor is all yours alone in a larger house with garden.

Expect a gorgous oldtown with baroque buildings, world famous museums from old masters to contemporay art. The apartment is in a cul-de-sac, which makes it quiet. Dresden city center, with many attractions, can be reached in about 15 minutes by car.
