In front of it, a covered outdoor seating area is available. The furnishings are new and functional. You can reach the living room with corner sofa and TV and small kitchen, the bedroom (bed 1.80 m x 2.00 m) and the bathroom with shower, sink and toilet via a separate entrance.

Möchten Sie entspannen, bietet die Ferienwohnung alles, was Sie für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt benötigen. Im Sommer bietet die Dachterrasse zum Sonnenbaden ein. Im Winter punktet die Ferienwohnung durch einen Panorama-Kamin.

The apartment is very close to the southern city limits of Dresden. The Frauenkirche is about 8 km away. It is about 30 km to the Erzgebirge or Sächsische Schweiz. Recommendation for families with children: is the theme park Oskarshausen. (only 3 km away) A bus stop to Dresden is 50 meters from the apartment. A dominant male rough-haired dachshund lives with us. We are therefore more pleased to welcome female dogs as pets for our guests.

Our property is located in Friedrichswalde, a village in Saxon Switzerland. There is a very good connection to Highway 17. (Driving time to Dresden city center 15 - 20 minutes, Prague 80 minutes). Attractions such as the national park or the city of Pirna, as well as restaurants and a supermarket can be reached in a few minutes by car. The place is suitable for couples, friends, but also solo travelers are welcome.
