We loved staying at “Annies Place” although small, it has everything you would need for a couple having a weekend away. This beautiful little place, is close to all public amenities should you need/want to explore the town. The seafront is also very close by, and perfect for walks. We brought our little dog Murphy with us, and he had a lovely time staying with us and exploring the garden, which is fully gated the whole way round so no worries about escaping! Annie was an exceptional host. She got back with enquiries and messages straight away and made staying at her place very simply and easy. She welcomed us at the start of our stay, and then left us for the remainder of our time there in the knowledge that if we needed her, we only had to send her a message and she would help us with anything we needed. She also suggested a few dog-friendly pubs that we could eat in (as we didn’t feel it was fair to leave the dog) and we were delighted to be able to have a lovely Valentines meal at The Arun View Inn, which is very close by and I would definitely recommend. The place is kept sparklingly clean, and I would definitely recommend that people make use of the stunning bathroom facilities including the roll top bath with some bubbles in! All the little extra touches are very cute too, including all the pictures and crockery around the place, making it very homely! We made use of the TV and DVD player too, especially when the weather was too bad to go out in Storm Dennis, we could snuggly in bed and watch a film! It is lovely having your own side entrance to the Air Raid Shelter so that you don’t disturb anyone, and you can come and go as you please too. We will definitely stay again in the future!

A lovely cosy stay in a beautifully quirky and well thought out space. Great bathroom facilities with roll top bath and helpful toiletries. Perfect place to bring a dog; the garden is fully enclosed and spacious with a fantastic garden shed relax area which would be great in the summer months! Location is great for amenities and so close to the beaches! Our dog Merlin especially loved his visit to nearby West Beach! Annie is a fantastic host who was extremely helpful and welcoming, and recommended dog friendly pubs to us. Thank you again for such a wonderful stay! We will be back! X

Wonderful place to stay, Anniw was a lovely host, really friendly and helpful. A nice small but private area and accomodation with a great locatipon near the seafront.

The tiny house was perfect for me, my 6”4 partner and our little dog. It was actually larger than we had imagined with plenty of clever spaces to store things. A little radiator was provided which kept us warm and cosy. Everything we needed was in walking distance. All in all we had a great experience and I wouldn’t hesitate in booking again.

Thanks to Annie for hosting us in Littlehampton. It was perfectly located for our Christmas visit to a family member. We were delighted with how quaint and cosy the space was, and how close it was to the beach. Even on a cold December day, it was lovely to walk along the coast! The breakfast was a lovely touch. We sadly had to cut short our break as my partner was unwell - I should mention that this was nothing to do with our stay! - and Annie was very accommodating to our change of plans. We hope to use the shelter on future visits to the south coast!

We enjoyed our mini break in Littlehampton a lot! Annie’s converted shelter was super cute and cozy! Very comfortable bed, lovely big bath and spacious garden with a very useful shed. Annie was very kind and caring host she left us delicious fruit and was very helpful with anything we needed. This tiny place gives lots of privacy and it is perfectly located right by the shore. Ideal for a romantic gate away and long walks on the beach.

This place is a little gem! Fantastic touches from the host on breakfast bits, milk, tea and coffee. Outside is a lovely little courtyard all enclosed which is brilliant for the pooch. Cosy atmosphere ideal place to relax.

Lovely little place with everything we needed and even more. We enjoyed getting sun in a private walled garden, having beer in a summer house and lying on a comfy bed. Beach and Harvester were just 3 mins away. Thank you Annie for prepping the house for us on your birthday! Dylan the dog says thank you too :)

We stayed here before running Brighton Half marathon. The apartment was perfectly placed to get the train to Brighton. Communication with Margaret was great, she was very accommodating and helpful. The apartment itself was lovely and had a lot of extra thoughtful touches. Thank you Margaret for being such a great host!

Great apartment in a perfect location for exploring Lancing, Worthing and the surrounding areas. Easy access to all public transport. Margaret goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable, would highly recommend.

Beautiful homely flat right in the centre of Lancing. Really close to the beach and shops. Both bedrooms really cosy and comfortable. We had our one year old with us and a cot, high chair, changing mat, toys etc all provided which was amazing. Margaret had thought of everything, a little Christmas tree, a card to welcome us and some wine. I think this was the most well equipped place we have ever stayed in. It made our stay at Christmas time feel like being at a home from home. The chip shop opposite was wonderful too. The storage heater system was a little complicated (our fault too as we had no idea how to use them) flat was rather hot, we contacted Margaret about this issue but as it was the day before we left we didn’t bother changing it in the end, we just had the window open. All in all a wonder stay and host and we will hopefully stay again for future visits to my sister in Lancing.

Margaret’s, apartment was outstanding, she was very hospitable and the personal touches really made a difference. We only stayed one night but booked short notice and Margaret was very accommodating. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Liz is a great host. She makes you feel at home we had some wonderful chat's. I stayed there for just over 3 weeks. The home is lovely with a lovely clean bathroom and a great shower. I was able to have space in the fridge and in the cupboard for my food, which was important for me. My room was clean, bright and airy. If I was travelling to this area again, I would choose to book with Liz again.

Jennifer's place is a wonderfully cosy, comfortable flat where you will feel right at home and very welcome. It's close enough to town for you to park your car up and walk to where you need to be during your stay but far enough out of town to not be bothered by late night revellers. Alternatively there bus stop for the coastliner service is just a minute away. The flat is right across from the beach so perfect for an early morning meander along the promenade to wake you up. Jennifer is the perfect host - kind, friendly, welcoming, and discreet but available should you need anything with lots of local knowledge to share about things to do/places to see. Highly recommended!

Jennifer’s place is in a great location for the town centre. Beautiful comfy bed and warm and cozy room. I didn’t see much of Jennifer as we were both coming and going! In fact I practically had the whole flat to myself during my stay. Plenty of hot water and heating, with tea and coffee in the room, and use of the kitchen too. Lovely place. Would stay again!

Very comfortable, clean and cosy room with a clean shared bathroom. The lovely breakfast that Ginny leaves out is simple but all that’s needed. I had full access to the kitchen, too, so I could make my own meals. It’s a wonderful Airbnb and I highly recommend it!

Ginny was a perfect host in every way I could imagine. She was courteous, kind and always helped me feel at home during my time here. Would 100% stay here again and may even drop in to say hello to a wonderful soul in Goring-by-Sea.

The most valuable about Ginnys place is Ginny herself ! She is who she is: warm, helpfull, sparkling and alive!! Quit honest about who and where she is...respectfull of who you are. I felt very much at ease and welcome in her house.

Deborah is a warm and thoughtful host. The room is a stone throwaway from the beach and the beach has some good Cafes dotted around. Brighton pier is 30 mins drive. The room and bathroom were spotless and very comfortable. A crisp clean ironed bed sheet is a testimony in its self. Will recomend and book again.

We can highly recommend Deborah as a super super host. She was a very loving and helpful person and she served a very nice and delicious breakfast these two mornings. The room was very lovely and had a lot of space. It was in a nice and quiet neighbourhood and close to det sea. We had a great time and enjoyed very much staying at her place.

Lisa was a very helpful host who was very communicative. Her attic bedroom was a lovely space and the bed was extremely comfy! There was no lock on the bedroom door for anyone who may prefer to have that. It was helpful to have toast and tea provided for a light breakfast and the flexible check out time was a real help also.

I've stayed in a lot of Airbnb's, and this was one of the best I've ever seen! I was greeted with a friendly welcome and shown around. The room is really clean and stylish, and has everything you need. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom, kitchen with all necessary appliances, TV, workspace... We had a lovely time here. The weather was wet and windy, but we were warm and cosy inside. We had everything we needed - a comfy bed, a lovely shower, a well-equipped kitchen and friendly, helpful hosts . There are pubs, restaurants and shops nearby. A great place to stay.

This is a lovely place to stay. Brilliantly designed with great finishing touches including tea, coffee and biscuits. The bathroom and kitchen have all that you might want for your stay. Carole and Peter are very welcoming and there if you need them. The seaside themed garden looks great but we didn’t venture out in windy, wet February.

I had a lovely stay at Karyn's, she's an attentive and organised host who's clearly put a lot of thought into her guest's comfort and convenience. Having a few breakfast items available every day is a lovely bonus, and they were always replenished by the evening. I loved the little clip-top bottle of milk. It was also a big positive point that I had my own bathroom with a bath, it made the whole stay more relaxing. The bed was very comfortable and the room airy with plenty of desk and cupboard space. Overall I thoroughly recommend staying here. Karyn will answer all your questions, make you feel at home, and ensure you have a stress-free stay in a very pleasant room.

The first thing I wish to point out is how easy it is to find. I went by car from Gatwick and the address is very close to the main A27. But despite its proximity to such a main road, the street itself is wonderfully peaceful. The location is excellent. Just a few minutes walk away are shops and various food options. Karyn is a very friendly and welcoming lady and explained everything clearly plus there was written information in the room. I read a review where someone seemed unhappy with the house alarm system but Karyn showed me how to set it and it really couldn’t be easier. The room itself was, as others have said, spotlessly clean and also spacious, with ample desk-space for your laptop etc and a variety of lamps means you’re able to create just the right ambience if you don’t want the main, brighter light on. Breakfast things as well as tea & coffee were also in the room and replenished each day by Karyn. The bed was comfortable. Others may say “very comfortable : I’m speaking as someone who has spent at least 15 years sleeping on the floor (by choice as I prefer it) so I’m very fussy about beds! I slept soundly though in such a peaceful environment. The wifi also worked perfectly, an important point in these modern times of technology dependence! I’m struggling to find anything to criticize. I did feel slightly awkward having to go out to the car late in the evening - but only because I didn’t want to wake anyone up with the alarm. However, as I say, it’s a simple system to operate and I don’t think I disturbed anyone... at least I hope not! And it has to be said that the alarm does bring about a sense of safety and security so.... no complaints! In short, I am very happy to recommend Karyn as a host and her house as a comfortable and very conveniently-located place to stay in Worthing.

Sam’s place is sparkling clean. I was able to store food in the fridge and freezer which was so helpful. A variety of cereals and jams for toast. Lovely seaside bathroom and good shower. The room was a good size, plenty of space for my husband and I and a wardrobe and drawers for our clothes. The family is very friendly - as are the cats!!

Tamryn's place is lovely. It had everything I needed and was in a great location. There is a Co-op nearby and also a Tesco, plus it is next to a bus route in to town. The whole place was beautifully clean. The bed was so comfortable and I slept really well. I would definitely stay here again if I'm back in the area.

This is a very lovely and tranquil place a very short walk from a gorgeous public beach - great access to several great destinations including Little Hampton and Brighton. The hostess was superb and wonderfully accommodating - thanks Gill!

Tucked away in a no through road is Gills quaint country cottage. Super comfy beds and good shower. Gill is a very friendly host and makes you feel very welcome. We went to Goodwood revival, but wished I could have done some walks from her home. Thank you Gill for a pleasant stay.

This cozy cottage was perfect for us. Gill took care of us very well, offered a cot and high chair for our son and gave us local tips for attractions and restaurants.

Gills place is very close walk to beach, we had a lovely continental breakfast . The building is very charming and she has a lovely garden.

A really lovely stay. There was a storm outside and I was warm in the room sleeping like a baby in the comfy bed. Stylish decor with thoughtful touches. Friendly hosts. Ample provisions for breakfast. It's one of the nicest places I've stayed. I had the privilege of being the first guest and it was just what I want. I'm sure I'll be back.

I had a really pleasant stay at Katherine's house, the room was large and comfortable and Katherine was helpful and relaxed. The breakfast provisions were an added bonus and well received, as were the shower gel and shampoo. Would (and will) be happy to stay again. I didn't even find it to be too far out of the way really, I walked from Lancing station in 35 minutes.

Katherine is a very good host , worm welcome nice and peaceful location. Definitely recommend and will be coming back myself

Linda's home is lovely. A large bedroom with plenty of hanging space in the wardrobe. It has a little table and chairs where I could eat and work. It also has a separate en-suite loo and basin which was handy. Finally, Linda allowed me to park on her driveway which was great and meant that I my car was off the road (albeit a very quiet little cul-de-sac anyway). Many thanks

Large room, well heated and only a couple of minutes drive from a varied selection of restaurants with easy parking. En-suite facilitates perfect for those that have to get up during the night.

Seriously great spot! Ian has put a lot of work into the place. The single room was perfect for my purposes, but the bigger rooms look particularly good (I would definitely book one of these if I stayed again!) Proximity to the train station is a huge plus too.

Maureen was such a lovely, kind host and the apartment is very clean and tidy with a beautiful view of the beach from the living room! There is a bus stop just across the road with buses into Brighton every ten minutes. The bed was very comfortable and we had our own separate shower room. Maureen even provided water for the bedroom, towels, and breakfast which included warm croissants, which is so thoughtful. She is also knowledgable about the local area and it was lovely to have a chat! Couldn’t recommend more, thank you very much Maureen.

Maureen is a lovely lady and her home is beautiful. She has the most amazing view from her lounge of the beach which I have loved for many years. She makes you feel welcome and has lots of information of surrounding areas. Would highly recommend even though a part of me wants to keep this little bit of paradise to myself. Thank you Maureen

Liz is a lovely host, and her house is clean and tidy, and within a few yards of the dual carriage way for excellent transport links. It was however, also peaceful and quiet, thoroughly recommended

Liz was a wonderful host. The whole place was crystal clean and I'd a much better time than expected. The location is beautiful as well. You can easily shop near ASDA which is 0.2 miles away from the place plus the bus stop is right next to the house 🙌🏻

A lovely lady, Claire couldn't have been more hospitable towards me or my dog Flora, who took to her straight away. So we had a great overnight stay in an ideal location, minutes from the beach and wonderfully quiet. Enormous bedroom and very comfortable bed.

I loved the huge big bed, high ceilings, and the added bonus was the fantastic historic pub nearby with an Indian restaurant yards away. All in all i would definitely recommend a stay here with Claire who is caring and fundamentally a good fun person.

Claire is a great host, made us feel at home immediately, went above what she needed to to make us welcome, was happy to accommodate us. Plus boswell the airbnb cat is a delicious cherry on top of a an already great cake!

The room is large, bright and clean, the bed is comfortable, the duvet is very snug – but the greatest pleasure of staying here is the host, Claire, who is just a lovely person. Our dog in particular appreciated her warmth and good humour.

Exactly as described. We had a very relaxing time with our puppy at Claire’s home. Lots of thoughtful touches. Can’t wait to go back.

Curt and Myles’s place is spotlessly clean and very stylish. We stayed there after a wedding in the local area and they went out of their way to help us with local info, and even gave a lift to a local train station. Very grateful for their hospitality and would recommend!

Curt and Myles were definitely super hosts! The room, bathroom and flat is stylishly furnished and spotless. They made me feel totally at ease, comfortable and at home. I felt comfortable staying with them as a single female. I found parking easily outside the flat every night and made the most of the area by going for runs along the seafront - it’s just down the road. Try the Thai recommended locally - delicious.

Curt and Myles are very gracious hosts. We had a great guidance and welcome to their place. The flat is very stylish in black and white and spotlessly clean. We had use of the kitchen and we could have shared the living room space with them, had we wanted to. The bedroom is spacious enough and has a very nice bed and very nice comfortable, just right, pillows - we do not find this very often. The bathroom is also spacious and has a great walk-in shower with waterfall and hand-held showers. It is practically around the corner from a High Street with plenty shops and some good restaurants - the Lemongrass is a delicious Thai (strongly recommend booking), as is the Honeypot Cafe for breakfast. The flat is about 10-15 mins walk from the beach. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Curt, and thank you, Myles.

A cosy little cottage in a convenient position near many shops and restaurants. A ten minute walk to the sea. The cottage is smart and well equipped.

Had a wonderful five-night stay in this ideally located village mini house where everything works as it should. Amply heated, plenty of hot water, light and cheerful living room, comfortable bed and well-appointed kitchen. Parking and lots of thoughtful extra touches. I highly recommend the space and Penny as a host.

The cottage was great for our weekend break. Cosy, well-equipped with everything we needed. Everyone we met was really friendly and we loved the Honeypot cafe for breakfast (cakes looked great too).

We stayed in a great and clean bungalow, communication with Helen and check-in was very quick and straightforward. The bungalow is located within a minute walk to the beach in a very quiet area. We can definitely recommend this location!

The house is fine; plain but clean and well stocked with kitchen essentials. Hosts were there to meet us and let us in which was great. Location is good. Short walk to the beach and a few mins drive to shops and restaurants. Just minutes from Granny’s house! Wifi is spotty and unreliable though; would not rent again unless it was updated.

We stayed in Helen's bungalow for a month whilst relocating to the area. The bungalow is only a minute walk (if that) to the beautiful coast and has everything you need for a relaxed and comfortable stay. The bungalow is very spacious and the kitchen has everything you need. We thankfully had nice weather during our stay so we were able to make use of the garden. The beachfront cafe is within walking distance and there are a couple of pubs/takeaways nearby. We would highly recommend staying here if visiting the area and we hope to return to stay again for a weekend. Overall we had a fantastic stay and we were very sad to leave! Thanks Helen. Lovely peaceful house 2 mins walk from the beach. Helen provided seamless checkin and communication throughout the process. This is a great base camp for exploring the South Coast, highly recommend.

Is a must stay in ferring. What a lovely bungalow. Very warmth and neat. We stayed for 2 weeks and it was amazing. Not to mention only 5 min walk to the beach. We loved everything about the place.

Such a beautiful home and location, so close to the beach which is so nice on nice warm days. My family didnt want to leave
