We rent a separate, approx. 60 m² loft apartment / house with private entrance in the annex of our over 100-year-old house to guests who want to stay "differently"! The apartment is self-sufficient + separate from the main house. A private terrace or a private garden area belong to the apartment. Around the house are forests and fields, here you can walk or cycle on the Roman Lippe Route. The Ruhr area (Duisburg, Essen) is close. Supermarket, pizzeria + pharmacy are on site.

Durch die vollausgestatte Küche und dem kleinen Essbereich bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage der Wohnung besticht durch eine optimale Anbindung. Den Bahnhof erreicht man fußläufig innerhalb von 3 Minuten, genauso wie die nächste Einkaufmöglichkeit. Die Autobahn A3 ist innerhalb 5 min zu Erreichen.

The place is close to the city center and Lake Aasee. The university of applied sciences can be reached in 10 minutes by bike and in 5 minutes by car (B67 in the immediate vicinity). A bus stop is very close. The bakery and butcher, as well as the food market, are about 1000 meters away. Our house and the apartment are located in a cul-de-sac. Public parking is available. We have furnished the apartment practically and cozily. Linens and towels are included.

The 60 square metre, modern accommodation offers space for up to 4 people and impresses with its high-quality furnishings. The beautiful bright apartment is surrounded by fields on the outskirts of Bislich. Completely renovated at the end of 2018, the apartment has underfloor heating and includes a fully equipped new kitchen with dishwasher and a new bathroom. The bedrooms have laminate floors, all other living areas with large tiles. The furnishings are chosen with a lot of love for detail and exudes a warm atmosphere. A private terrace (with barbecue) is also available.

The apartment is on the first floor. Flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi are provided.  Four-legged friends are welcome! A bakery and grocery store (open Mon. - Sat. 8 am - 9 pm) are within walking distance.
