  • The Airbnb of Alison and Sawëay really has charm! It was even better than we thought. It is quiet with a view of the lake. For us it was Winterwonderland. The two also gave us snowshoes for a walk. Around there are many trails for sports and enjoying the beautiful nature. I'm coming back, that's for sure!

  • Great and cozy place. Very clean. Located close to Montagne du Diable park. Big room, lot of power receptacles to plug your devices all around. Has a balcony, great view at the lake. Ideal place to stay and explore the surrounding nature treasures.

  • Alison and Sawëay made us very welcome. We had a great weekend in their beautiful place by the lake. The apartment is friendly, perfect for disconnecting for a few days. The ease of communication and the clear explanations greatly facilitated our arrival and our stay. On top of that our hosts were adorable! We will be back for the summer!

  • A very nice winter getaway spot with ski, skating and nordic skiing trails right out your back door. Our pup had the best time playing with the owners dog Rosie. Thanks for the cozy memories.

    Ava2019-12-27T00:00:00Z
  • The apartment is very convenient. It has all the commodities to stay there for a couple days and make your own meals. It has a beautiful view of a lake. Everything in the apartment works well and it is very clean. Also, the owner answers very quickly to the reservation demands and also the messages. Furthermore, the place is very quiet and has a typical view of the Laurentide region.

    Caroline2019-10-06T00:00:00Z
  • The cabine is really clean and nice, it's just near to the lake so it was a real pleasure to take our breakfast with this wonderful view! The directions Audrey gave to us in order to find the cabine was really clear. I'll recommande this place for a weekend during summer and also during winter!

    Marion2019-09-29T00:00:00Z
  • Audrey's cottage was one of the most beautiful cottages we stayed at! We spent the labour day long weekend here and it was very relaxing. The cottage was thoughtfully decorated, had all the amenities we needed, and was sparkling clean. Our family had a great time barbequing and spending time around the campfire. Our 2 dogs also came with us and had a blast sunbathing on the porch and swimming in the lake. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you for your amazing hospitality, Audrey!

    Divy2019-09-02T00:00:00Z
  • Super beautiful! Super nice view! Super clean! I highly recommend it! :)

    Alexandra2019-08-27T00:00:00Z
  • Beautiful cottage as well as the lake. Clean place and very quiet. The view on the island is extraordinary. We loved ... peach (very good catch of trout and some bass) ... the kids loved to swim. However we would have liked to have an ambarcation included but we rented a boat not very comfortable but it is the case for a short stay. Audrey gave us all the necessary information. To return surely

    Tarik2019-08-23T00:00:00Z
  • Wow !!! What a beautiful chalet !! Really good location: direct access to Lake Rochon. Ideal location for swimming, fishing or boating. The cottage is very clean, comfortable, in addition to being super well equipped, there is nothing missing .... even a fondue set hehe. Audrey is super available and was kind enough to bring us a second propane tank for the BBQ just to be sure we would not miss a thing! A huge thank you, and a surment "next year" :) // What a fantastic cottage !!!! Perfectly located: with direct access to Rochon Lake. Perfect spot to swim, fish or spend the day on your boat. The host Audrey is a great propane tank and a great propane tank for you! likely "see you next summer"

  • Thank you Audrey, your cottage has met all our expectations. We had an unforgettable time with family. The kitchen is really well equipped and the beds are comfortable. We did not miss anything. The proximity and the access to the lake represented for us an asset and we bathed with great pleasure. We will definitely come back to that.

  • Beautiful place, we went in March and there were hundreds of deers strolling on site, the hosts were exceptionally friendly - we went sliding on the hills, walking on the paths and they took us on a ride with their snow vehicles. The place was secluded enough that we were at peace but close enough to civilization that we had no concerns. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a refreshing time in nature. Thank you Andre and Christian.

  • If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would! Snowmobilers listen up! This is where you want to stay!! Main Trails are directly off the property - you can stay there for a week and still not hit all the trails this location has to offer - every trail we hit was immaculate! Not one bump! Andre even has a private trail on his property for those who want to scoot around. Heated garage to house the sleds in the evenings and even an area for some back back country and deep pow riding. He was quick at responding to any questions and even suggested some unique sites to see. The view as you look out the cabin window was also an experience; deer everywhere, an outdoor firepit and breathtaking nature scenery. Andre even took the time to your us around in his side by side and made sure we knew exactly how to get from the cabin to the trails without fail! We have plans to go back and next time stay even longer. Highly recommended and will be sharing this gem with my snowmobile forums. Thanks André for the amazing experience and for sharing this place with us. We all agree that this has been the best sledding trip yet!

  • Very charming and very well equipped chalet (kitchen utensils, wood, etc.). Nice view of the lake located just opposite. We were very well advised by Jean Francois especially on the activities to do around. Note: the rooms do not have doors, it is better to know in advance if you travel for 4 for example

  • We really enjoyed these few days spent at 609. We were 2 adults and 1 teen. At the water's edge, lots of snow around, splendid! Access to cross-country ski and snowshoe trails 5 minutes by car. We recommend.

  • We had a perfect stay with friends! I highly recommend it. The chalet and its location are beautiful.

    Marie2019-07-01T00:00:00Z
  • Chalet with neat decoration. Ideally placed at the edge of the water. Two pedalos made available but unusable (in our period?) Because too much current. Everything you need to cook, shower ... and have a pleasant stay. Presence of board games that have occupied the only rainy day. Nice stove in the living room to warm the atmosphere because we were in cold weather. Host very responsive to our questions. Two details that may be important for some: - There is a TV but no channels. By cons there are DVDs, music and an HDMI cable for a computer. - Double rooms are spacious and pretty. But they are not independent. It is a very large room separated in two by a half wall. Despite these two small remarks, which did not bother us, we had a very good stay in this beautiful chalet. Perfect for who wants to commune with nature.

  • It was the 2nd year in a row that we had done business with one of Mr. André's chalets. Again this year, we had a great weekend in this chalet with very good weather! I recommend this chalet to a gang of chums or a family who wants to take down the time of a few days around a fire in the evening or simply by going snowshoeing on the lake to admire the bambis or simply the breathtaking landscape ! Not just a chalet, a great experience!

    Isabelle2020-01-06T00:00:00Z
  • We spent 4 superb nights in André's chalet. André is very welcoming and very helpful. We were treated to bonfires every evening and a superb side by side ride. The chalet is super clean. Very spacious for 8 with all the necessary equipment. The beds are super comfortable, which is rare in Airbnb! We will be back this summer for sure!

    Marion2020-01-03T00:00:00Z
  • Thank you André for this warm welcome and your attention. Everything was perfect. A dream location, perfect calm, a top chalet with everything you need for a great stay. We will be back without hesitation.

  • Very nice weekend in André's chalet. The location is beautiful and the cottage is simply decorated, cleanliness irreproachable. André lent us canoes (and the safety nets that go with them) to enjoy the lake. We will come back in winter!

  • I rented this Airbnb for my birthday, and it was fantastic! The host is active and is eager to show you how beautiful Quebec truly is. The house is incredibly beautiful and there is so much room! We spelt all extremely well and comfortably. The lake, is next level of excitement! He had left us with boats and we brought other floats, we spent the entire day in there. He also has a fireplace on the property, which was beautiful and peaceful. The property is isolate, and that’s what makes you feel like you’ve escaped the world. Highkey recommend his places, and again the host is amazing!! He let us checkout late because he knew there was gonna be traffic, and wanted to let us enjoy the lake a whole lot longer! Will rent again!

    Victoria2019-08-18T00:00:00Z

  • André is a wonderful host who knows how to make an unforgettable stay for the tenants of his chalet. With friends this weekend, we were able to take advantage of the equipment available for the lake: paddle board, kayak, small motor boat ... In addition, the cottage, isolated, has a sound system on the terrace that we allowed us to enjoy the music we wanted outside. The bedding was very comfortable. Thank you again for making this trip so enjoyable for all of us, a very nice way to celebrate the birthday of three of us :) See you soon in the high Laurentians;)

    Claire2019-08-12T00:00:00Z
  • Andre was an amazing host. The space was clean, comfortable and exceeded our expectations in general. He was able to show us the area in great detail all the while providing the équipement for the different activities available at the home. The location is picture perfect and quiet. We were able to spend a fantastic weekend at Andre’s and will certainly be returning!

  • Thank you very much for the excellent weekend we spent with your family in your chalet. Your attentions and your hospitality were incredible and very remarkable. I am sure we will ask for your chalet again. I can only place 5 stars, but if there were 5 more stars to describe the care and your hospitality would place them too. You were waiting for us with the fire lit inside and outside and the next day, you took us in your all-terrain vehicle to know the surroundings of the Chalet. It is the first time that we have received so much attention and it was something wonderful. Thank you very much for everything.

  • David’s cottage is clean and bright. The surrounding towns are not very exciting, but it’s a nice place to get away and be in nature for the weekend.

    Christine2019-05-20T00:00:00Z
  • When we look for a chalet in the woods, it's exactly David's that we want to find. At the end of the road, a nice surprise. "A diamond in the ruff" would be a good way to describe everything. In a typical cottage decor, we find ourselves there, comfortable and with all the equipment necessary to live well. I recommend for couples, friends, families, and people traveling alone. Pay attention to the deer because there are many. Vigilant behavior.

    Chloe2019-03-22T00:00:00Z
  • Enchanting place in nature, the cottage is much bigger than we imagine, ultra clean, there is nothing missing. The place is ideal for winter activities, sledding, skating, snowshoeing, walking, in short the children have had a lot of fun!

    Richard2019-03-09T00:00:00Z
  • Large lot, no neighbors, private artificial lake, large terrace ... This chalet guarantees a lot of space and tranquility.

    Mathieu2018-09-03T00:00:00Z
  • We had a wonderful stay at David's cabin. Close to the town but also gave us the privacy the family needed to enjoy our vacation. The immediate area was excellent for walks and exploring with the kids. Having access to the private pond with canoe was the icing on the cake. We will stay again.

    Paula2018-08-26T00:00:00Z

  • David's place is beautiful, comfortable and clean. We didn't get to meet David but he answered all our questions fairly promptly. There are a lot of mosquitoes and bugs in the region but that has nothing to do with David; it is the region in general. Just be prepared to take industrial strength mosquito repellent and you will have a great stay. I will recommend David's place and hope to return there myself next year. Thank you, David, for letting us stay in your cottage.

  • André is a dream host. He’s always available whenever needed and always a phone call away. The place is much more beautiful in person we seriously felt like the pics didn’t do it enough justice. It’s so comfortable, you have basically every kitchen item you might need for cooking , beds are so comfy, everything was sparkling clean when we arrived and the stay was wonderful ! Not only was it so comfortable but waking up to the view of the frozen lake, deer (big and small) gathering in front of the chalet in the am, but André made sure we had fun activities to do as well. He provided us with snow shoes, sleds and gave us A magical tour to see lots and lots of deer on their natural habitat from very close. If you’re thinking to bring your family to a nice relaxing place where there will be fun for everyone look no further ! This place and host would get 7 stars if I could :)

    Paulina2020-01-02T00:00:00Z
  • We were a group of 12 girls and André’s place was perfect! Huge lower and upper level, each with a kitchen, washroom, washer/dryer, 3 bedrooms (2 queens each), and a master en-suite. The top patios are huge and include 2 bbqs. There’s also an amazing sound system you can control from inside - play music in the living room, outside, and/or patio. André was very accessible and answered questions promptly. He’s also just an all around really nice man! I def recommend André’s place.

  • Andre was a fantastic host with an incredible property. He was truly committed to insuring we had the absolute best weekend possible. The cottage was perfect - so much room and gorgeous views of the lake. The grass space was perfect for all of the lawn games we brought up and the water was absolutely perfect! Andre was even kind enough to lend us paddle boats, row boats & kayaks to use. We were outside most of the time taking advantage of the beautiful space, but had more than enough room to go inside if it rained. I would recommend Andre as a host and his incredible properties to anyone and hope to be back sometime soon. Thanks for everything Andre!

  • Great stay at the yellow house, everything was up to our expectations

    Gab2018-10-08T00:00:00Z
  • The Yellow House was fantastic in every way! Jean-François was an incredible host that provided accurate and easy to understand instructions and local tips. Everything we needed was already there, and then some! Came with grandparents, and two young families, as well as a dog, and every single one of us lived our experience. The bathroom is a mini spa. The kitchen was stocked and big enough to accommodate many cooks. The beds were the most comfortable beds any of us had slept in at any Air BnB we had ever been to!! So nice!! The fire pit was big, and lots if wood was available, as well as a wheelbarrow to help move it! Guitar and piano on site, a great sound system. A screened in back porch to enjoy meals outside, without the bugs! A beautiful beach five minutes away, a kayak with vests waiting for our enjoyment! JF was always a pleasure to talk to, and answered all queries promptly and clearly! We will be coming back in the future! I highly recommend the Yellow House! You will not regret it! Thanks, Jean-François!

    Justin2018-09-03T00:00:00Z
  • Jean-Francois was such a nice host, his explanations were very clear and detailed which helped a lot. The chalet was very clean and well equiped. I would recommend this place to anyone that wants to have a nice getaway upnorth.

  • Very helpful hosts, beautiful place to visit.

    Adrian2017-09-04T00:00:00Z
  • Best birthday weekend ever house was so clean and the area is so secluded which is very nice to get away from the city life. It is very easy to communicate with the host as well.

    Christian2017-08-20T00:00:00Z
  • Fantastic Cottage, clean and spacious, the backyard is awesome, you have a nice view on the forest, and the Hamacs are a cherry on a Sunday, there's a fire pit where you can enjoy some nice flames under a clear sky, all you need is available on site, just get ready to enjoy your stay. There's a beach only 7 mn drive from the house, very nice and shallow, great for kids. The communication with Jean-Francois is nice and easy, he is very helpful and welcoming, I definitely recommend the place and will be coming back in the future, exactly what I was expecting from les Hautes Laurentides.

    Aladin2017-08-13T00:00:00Z
  • Great cozy home with an amazing host. Jean-François contacted us before our trip to make sure we got all the information we needed. The house looks newly renovated and clean. There is everything you need already there, you just need to show up and relax outside by the fire pit.

    Nicholas2017-08-06T00:00:00Z
  • The yellow house is clean and even better than the pictures. It is a must in the future. We want to come back every summer! Jean-François is a very good host and the communications were clear and practical. He thought of everything! There is a convenience store 10 mins walk and a very nice beach about 7 mins drive. The road is not very busy so we really felt excluded from the city and at peace in the countryside. The beds are comfortables and the hammocks are the cherry on the sundae! In short, long live the yellow house!

The place looked amazing and it suited a big group very well. Everything was thought of. Thank you Anne Sophie for making this trip with my parents one to never forget!!

  • This was our 2nd stay in Maloujo and we could not ask for more. Everything is absolutely perfect. Thank you Anne-Sophie.

    Catherine2019-07-29T00:00:00Z
  • A very big thank you Anne-Sophie for allowing us to spend a fabulous weekend in this cottage. And especially a very big congratulations for all the work done: between the extraordinary construction that is really worth the detour, the equipment that could not be more complete and more comfortable (the beds, a happiness!) And the irreproachable welcome, we could not dream better. A no-fault that will make us come back more than once. Thanks again !

The beds and bedding are absolutely perfect and comfortable. What about the host Anne-Sophie who welcomed us by serving us an aperitif and was available throughout our stay.

  • Yves and Debbie really made our experience great. Travelling from Toronto was definitely worth driving all the way to their place. The cottage itself was very clean, well organized, and felt like home, with everything supplied. There was water equipment provided as well which allowed us to spend time on the water. We could not point to anything that could have been done better at their end. They were great hosts and their place is definitely worth going back to. We would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to get away and relax.

  • Private lake? Say no more! It was very magical to have the whole lake to ourselves. This is about as quiet and beautiful and relaxing a getaway as I can imagine. My whole family loved it.

    Daniel2019-08-18T00:00:00Z
  • We had such a wonderful time at the Beaver Den! It was even more beautiful and serene than pictured and offered endless opportunities for the kids to play, explore, and let their imaginations run wild. Adults too! It's a magical retreat that will allow you to reconnect with nature, and with each other! Yves and Debbie were wonderful to communicate with and we enjoyed our brief meetings and chats very much! We look forward to visiting again soon.

  • We spent one night in Jean's lovely house, where everything went very well. We were able to cook our evening meal on the spot and spent a pleasant evening with our guests who told us the story of the house and the life of the village. The breakfast was served by John at the wood stove in the early morning for a more than authentic experience! We can only recommend this address!

À quelques mètres à peine du lac, ce chalet vous ravira. S'endormir avec le clapotis de l'eau devant un feu crépitant, voilà ce qui vous attends. Il se peut que vous croisiez une petite famille de chevreuils qui vivent à proximité.
  • We really enjoyed our stay at Kaven's place. The views of the lake from within the house are pretty amazing. It feels as though you are right on the lake. It's an older house, but it's really well built, has a nice style with some cool antique touches like the standalone tub. The kitchen is very well equipped, including sharp knives, some Tupperwares, coffee makers, etc... The one downside for me was that the area can be a bit noisy at times. There were a decent number of motor boats on the lake and ATVs in the area. On the plus side, we did do a lot of swimming and the boats were respectful and went around us and we took full advantage of the canoe and kayak. There are several connecting lakes, so there is lots to explore. There is also a great playground nearby that the kids really enjoyed. Kaven and his wife were great hosts. They were very responsive, very friendly, and had no issues with the fact that we checked a bit late. They even lent my wife a book that she had started reading so that she could finish reading it.
