On a travel, and certainly with airbnb, the people you meet are a big part of the joy of the travel. Well.. When you meet Marianne and her family and farm they are bringing a very big joy ! Such a welcoming, sweet and warm happy family in the middle of the toscane of france.

Marianne was a welcoming host and was knowledgable about the local area. We were offered breakfast at an extra 5 euros per person per day. We used the kitchen one evening but felt like we didn't want to intrude too much on their personal space. Would have been nice of she let us know on arrival which facilities she was happy for us to use.

It was very nice to stay at Marianne and Bernard's place. It's a very cosy French house and really adds value to the holiday feeling you have when touring France. It's near the city centre of Condom (approx. 10min ride by car). If you come from the highway it's a nice tour with a great view on vineyards along the way. Marianne made us feel really welcome and we had a pleasant stay.

La Gîte Gasconnière is a great place to stay for a holiday in this wonderful region, Gers. The accommodation is simply splendid, we had all we needed for a perfect getaway in the summer months. The house is in a quiet corner facing green fields, only a few minutes's walk from the ville de Condom, where you can find all sort of shops and facilities (and some pretty good restaurants to treat yourself for dinner!). It is very well equipped, clean, and is comfortable. The Garnier family are really kind and helpful, ready to respond to any questions or queries with a happy smile. They are also extremely discreet: the gîte is in a corner of their house, but we enjoyed perfect privacy all throughout our stay. Very much appreciated! Exploring the whole area is a must: its architecture, the way to St Jacques of Compostela, the tiny picturesque villages, its delicious gourmet food (don't miss lunch at a farm or a visit to one of the many domaines where you can try the Armagnac), its churches... Definitely, a place to come back to. As soon as life permits, ;-)

Clean and well-equipped Gite. Host very helpful and on hand if you have any problems. Rather difficult to find but (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) maps will take you straight there. Would recommend this place and very good value for money.

Accueil convivial. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le cadre, l'emplacement dans la nature juste à quelques pas du village et des commerces, l'hospitalité des hôtes et leur discrétion.

Bien situé, non loin du centre de Condom. On se croirait à la campagne, pourtant. Petit logement mais bien fonctionnel. On a apprécié aussi le parking couvert pour la voiture, à l'abri du soleil.

Great stay at Anne Marie. We really enjoyed the picturesque charm of the house, the calm of the village, the discretion of Anne Marie while available, welcoming and pleasant. The room was clean, the beds are separated appreciable when we are not a couple ;-) If we need we will come again with great pleasure! I highly recommend !

The real joy of this home is the position. The view must be one of the best I have ever seen. Francoise is charming and helps to make your stay super. I really do recommend this place to everyone who likes the countryside.

Ha sido un placer quedarnos en casa de Françoise. Su casa está en la zona más tranquila y hermosa de toda la área con diferencia. Françoise ha sido muy amable con nosotros durante toda la estancia. Nos acompañaba en todos los desayunos que ella nos preparaba con sus mermeladas caseras. Estamos encantados de haberle conocido a través de este viaje.

Janine and Zoe are a great couple, helpful, whose devotion is rare. The room we occupied was huge, quiet and beautiful. Generously sized pool. Breakfast fit for a brunch with all the attentions of Janine, flowers decorations and small dishes. Everything is done by him. Bread, fruit juice, The place is easily accessible for the salsa festival Vic Fezensac. But we will first meet because was a great pleasure. We loved sharing a moment of the Tour de France with Zoe.

We went on Condom for the festival. The meeting with Janine was surprising! Janine greeted us as we had done the person during our different Airbnb reservations. Little touches that affected us. The room is huge, nice outside and the breakfast homemade. A real treat. We had the impression of being with family ... Thanks again for these wonderful moments with you, Caro, Momo, Pebbles and Marie Christophe. C is certain that we will return.

Our stay at Janine and Zoe Were great. They are absolutely adorable. Small delicious breakfast with fresh bread and jam made by Janine just great, rich and sourriant in the pool. The atmosphere at home is warm and relaxing and they are always ready to help, inform and delight. We love this couple, our stay with them is a touching keepsake What hope repeat next year.

BEAUTIFUL HOUSE AND REGION, JANINE AND ZOE ADORABLE! Beautiful apartment in a charming residence with a beautiful park just minutes from the city. The apartment is comfortable, spacious, well equipped with a beautiful pool. The area to visit is really beautiful. Janine, Zoe and Caroline were more than nice and pleasant and we made a lot of services during our stay. Plus they help us a lot to discover all the beauties of the region (Armagnac, a small fortified village, restaurants, events, etc. ..) Thank you from the bottom of heart Janine, Zoe and Caroline! I hope we have the opportunity to return again!

Janine was the most excellent host. She was attentive and made sure I had everything I could need. The room was clean and comfortable. She asked what I wanted for breakfast and everything was done by her! Even the bread. Magnifique! I would definitely stay here. Thank you very much.

The place is very beautiful and pleasant with a nice pool, it's clean. But what we retain more than anything is welcome and kindness of Janine and her family! They do everything for us to be good and it feels almost like part of the family. Janine prepares delicious breakfasts entirely homemade. It was a great time!

Quel endroit fabuleux! Il n'y a rien a redire ni sur le gîte qui est tout confort, ni sur le cadre (belle terrasse avec vue sur piscine et champs de blé et de tournesols), ni sur notre hôte qui a été charmante et très disponible! Nous y venions avec nos 3 enfants pour un we de repos et c'est ce que nous avons trouvé! Nous sommes ravis et nous recommandons ce gite! En plus, les propriétaires ont une exploitation de canard et fabriquent les confits et autres produits dérivés du canard qui sont excellents!

Séjour rapide mais très agréable dans le gîte. Le cadre est très agréable et les hôtes très accueillant. N'hésitez pas à y faire un tour!

La zona resultó ser muy tranquila, se durmió de maravilla. El paisaje un encanto, además el clima nos acompañó todos los días. La casa muy espaciosa y cómoda en todos los aspectos. Pudimos hacer uso de los tomates del huerto que estaban sabrosísimos.

We had a wonderful stay at Karen's! The house is lovely and beautifully decorated! The bedroom and the bathroom were huge, very charming, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast also was great, with amazing freshly baked croissants! Thanks a lot to our wonderful hosts Karen and William, we had a great time! Highly recommended :)

Karen était très avenante et accueillante, nous étions à vélo et ils étaient à l'abri dans le garage pour la nuit, les chambres étaient spacieuses, agréables et propres, l'appartement calme et juste à une rue du centre ville. Tout fut parfait, le petit-déjeuner à la carte et nous avions du mal à partir tant la discussion avec Karen était intéressante ;-)!

Laura is so organised and always responds to emails really quickly. The house is lovely and homely. Great downstairs living area open plan with lovely outside space with a big garden table. Condom is a very sweet French town and has some good restaurants. Would recommend staying at Laura's place.

Laura was a gracious hostess, ensuring we had privacy and an opportunity to learn more about her and the area. She has created a lovely oasis in her part of the town that is a great quiet escape.

An absolutely fantastic find. really beautiful house and garden in a lovely town with an extremely hospitable host. my wife and I went with a few friends for a wedding and had a lovely time in this great house. five stars all round!

Laura was waiting for us in the apartment when we arrived. She showed us around and gave us some advice on places to eat around and other things to do. She was very nice and spoke English quite well. This is Laura's place and her clothes, pictures and personal items are in the house. Even then we had plenty of space to put our things and make ourselves at home. The apartment is located in a mostly residential neighborhood and there was parking along the one-way road. Although it seemed difficult to park when we got there because it looked full, people leave and come back frequently so there was always parking when we needed. There was a butcher just down the street and a bakery just further down. All very very good and friendly. The noise level was normal, but when the windows were shut we were sheltered from the noise. It was hot in July, so we hardly kept the windows closed. The building itself is quite old but in good condition. The apartment itself is setup as a townhome with the living area downstairs and the sleeping area upstairs. The downstairs is renovated with a toilet, kitchen, dining area, and living area. All very nice and very comfortable. The kitchen is simply stocked for cooking but quite a lot of dishes to serve and drink. It had a full refrigerator, gas stove and dishwasher. All in excellent working condition. The TV was newer and we were able to connect our laptop with HDMI cable and watch movies at night. The couch pulled out to a sort of full size bed which was awesome because we could all sit together. The wifi worked great and we were able to stream no problem. The backyard was excellent. There was a large table just outside on the patio where we had most of our meals surrounded by the gorgeous flower. The grassy area was perfect for the children to play and for us to relax. Although the temperature was really hot, it was mostly covered by the trees and we spent hours reading there. The neighbors were very close, but we didn't feel enclosed at all. The upstairs had 2 bedrooms with double beds and a full bathroom. There was another living room with another TV and DVD player, games, pictures, and lots of other things that entertained the children. The laundry area is upstairs as well with a small washer. This area was not renovated but it was in good condition. We enjoyed the dark wood beams, creaky stairs and old shutters. The apartment was perfectly located to discover the area, with at least 5 small gorgeous towns within just a few minutes drive. It was also a good place to relax when we felt like staying in. The food in the area was excellent!!!! Thank you Laura for a wonderful stay and allowing us to stay at your place. We really felt like we lived there. Merci!

The description was totally accurate. The host is really nice and was flexible with our schedule. The place is VERY pleasant, there's everything you need and the terrace/garden is a huge plus! But what tops everything else is the fact the location is super calm.

Laura was a thoughtful and responsive host. Her house is lovely and personal and her beautiful backyard perfect for a relaxing long breakfast or dinner. Condom is a charming little town in the heart of Gascogne and the Gers vineyards (most famous for their Armagnac).

Laura a été une hôte très sympa, prévenante et organisée. Le logement correspond à la description, il est bien aménagé et situé dans un quartier calme et proche du centre. Je recommande son lieu, chaleureux et facile à utiliser.

Dans un superbe hameau, maison très agréable, bien équipée et rénovée avec goût dans laquelle il fait bon se ressourcer, partager, nager, profiter du paysage, de la lumière et des très beaux ciels étoilés. Notre hôte, Denis, a été au petit soin avec nous et nous a accueilli chaleureusement avec convivialité. Seul petit bémol pour ceux qui souhaitent ou doivent concilier repos et travail (ou qui ont des ados accros à leur smartphone), il n'y a pas à ce jour de connexion internet et le réseau téléphonique passe très mal. Mais ce sevrage a été salvateur, une fois l'information digérée ;-)) Véritable éloge à la paresse dans une jolie région, à découvrir et à savourer en famille ou entre amis sans la moindre hésitation!!!

A wonderful space to share with friends and family. We were a group of 15 adults and 1 baby, visiting the region to attend a wedding in nearby Lagarde. The setting is very picturesque and quiet. The house has a well-equipped kitchen and a large table for communal dining. All of the bedrooms were large and had comfortable beds. Sylvie was helpful and responsive, and we managed despite a language barrier! She met a friend of mine in the village and directed him to the house, which is down a short dirt road.
