Located at the heart of South Brisbane. This quiet top floor unit overlooks the Musgrave Park, with partial city view. Only a short walk to South Bank parkland, Museum, State Library, Art Gallery and Brisbane city. Knowing it is an older apartment compare to other new developments nearby, I do my best to maintain it clean, tidy and cozy. And price it competitively for its prime location. Airconditioned bedroom has a large solid wood king bed and quality mattresses for a good night's sleep.

A clean classic one bedroom unit for single or couple with plenty of space to move! Situated in the Rothbury Hotel. Offering plenty of space with a high ceiling, large lounge, kitchen & bathroom with laundry. Perfect Brisbane CBD location two blocks from Central station (2minute walk). It has a classy vintage feel and although it is in the CBD the unit is away from the main road so there is low traffic noise.
