Fantastic location and cleanliness and comfortable bed and heated tile floor in the bath... so comfortable and private. 10 out of 10!

This is a lovely space! It’s essentially a spacious studio, but plenty of space. Clean, comfortable, safe, and relatively quiet. Loved the thoughtfulness off the restaurant menu book, all the different books and guided about Seattle, not the touristy stuff but just interesting finds that people have collected. The space has lots of light, heated bathroom floors, heated towel rack, and the bed is probably the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. I spent my days there hiking and visited Predators of the Heart (highly recommend), so it was a great space to come home to and chill.

Erik’s place and clean and stylish. A little studio, but feels bigger with tall ceilings, lots of windows and Erik’s thoughtful use of the space. Great location - safe, quiet, close to everything. Only issue we experienced was spotty WiFi — Erik was very responsive and helped us troubleshoot, but the WiFi was still a little unreliable with several “dead zones” in the space. Doesn’t look like this had been a major issue in the past, so might just be a glitch ran into. Not a dealbreaker - Just did some work in a local cafe instead off the Airbnb. There is a walled off garden space surrounding the Airbnb and it is beautiful, quiet and calm. Loved it! Erik was very friendly and gave us some great local tips since we are moving to the area soon. Very pleasant experience, good value for the money paid. ☺️

This cottage was by far greater than what I had expected! My husband and I first time to Seattle, I was obsessed with our little cottage! From the cute decorations , the little fireplace and a huge book collection! It was so quaint and cozy! The neighborhood was amazing, we took a walk every morning! Such a Perfect spot, we walked everywhere for a bit to eat of a fresh cup of coffee! Highly recommend this cottage!! Enjoyed our stay so much! Erik was a great host, so friendly and personable! He also had great recommendations for everything!

Having a off-road parking spot is a big deal in crowded Seattle. This cottage is a perfect spot for one or two people.The neighborhood is very quiet but you can hear airplanes flying over. I have sensitive hearing that keeps me awake so I always travel with wax air plugs this did the trick....we will stay here again

Erik’s place is in a wonderful neighborhood. His cottage is very thoughtfully decorated and had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Absolute gem in the Heart of Seattle! Regina and Ry are awesome!! The cottage was a little zen den that had the best energy! I never wanted to leave! Let’s not forget about the jacuzzi that was spotless and hot and hit the spot!!

Wanted a nice place to go too for some rest and relaxation and this was the place. Regina was outstanding. She sent instructions on everything. There was no need to bother her for anything once I got there. There was more than enough towels, blankets, sheets, pillowcases etc. In fact I didn’t even see her until we got ready to leave. Definitely recommend this place if you’re in the Seattle area

Regina welcomed me when I arrived and was very friendly and happy to have me. She showed me around and gave me my space. Just had a hit of trouble getting ahold of her with questions, but otherwise, I had a really great stay. The hot tub was just what I needed!

I have been enjoying this wonderful cottage for many visits and this time, I had the luxury of going for long walks in the surrounding neighborhood where the roads were quiet, the people friendly and the spring blossoms above and beyond. I love this place!

This is a charming and hidden gem in the up & coming neighborhood of Ballard. The hosts are very welcoming and accommodating. The Cottage has everything that you could need and it was a wonderful place to stay. Very conveniently located near a bus line and just a short walk from the shopping/dinning area of Ballard.

This is a great place to stay in Seattle. You can walk to most places around and downtown Seattle is a quick Lyft away. Everything was clean and check in was easy.

Lovely little tiny home, perfect for a staycation! We found the bed perfect for one but a bit too small for two, but otherwise this was the perfect weekend getaway.

I had a lovely stay at Manuela's place. It was the perfect home away from home while I was looking for a more permanent place to stay in Seattle. I took full advantage of sunny days by working or eating lunch in the garden space, it was walking distance to restaurants and my favorite coffee shop (Fremont Coffee Co.), and was a short walk to the bus to get anywhere in the city. Manuela was very communicative. Loved the style of the decor. Very comfy! In a busy neighborhood, the security locks at the street gate and our apt door felt well thought out. I’d highly recommend.

Thank you Manuela, your Airbnb is fantastic. It is open and airy with cozy spaces to relax and a wonderful user-friendly kitchen. It’s also located in a great location. I was able to walk to and from my workshop in downtown Fremont quickly, and I felt safe returning to the Airbnb in the evenings. Absolutely perfect!

Manuela's place is steps away from some of the best dinning in Seattle. Not only that but you can easily bus or run on the city trail to go anywhere in town. The unit itself is stylish and clean. I felt at home instantly and loved staying in the cozy unit.

Manuela's home was a nicely decorated, sparkling clean, private place with fine touches. It had everything that we needed and it was the perfect location for us. We had a lovely stay and we would recommend it to anyone who would like to stay in the Fremont area.

Comfortable bed, many pillow choices, Roku TV that is fast and easy, many options to make coffee, pour over, press, and drip. Nice dark chocolate bar. The best is the heated floors. The apartment stays at a steady temperature. Lots of thought went into how it's put together.

Sugar Shack was a perfect getaway for me - a single woman. It was a cozy, comfortable and unique little boat. Everything I needed to cook for myself and stay in was there. Music, radio and DVDs are provided for entertainment. And I loved being right on a bike and walking path along the lake for afternoon exercise. It was very easy to get downtown if you'd like to sightsee.

Super cool and unique spot to stay. Everything is labeled which was very convenient. Enjoyed the viewing deck up top in the mornings or before settling down at night and the bed had a lot more room then expected. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone, great hosts as well. Was quite the adventure and if were ever back in town we’d gladly stay again!

Staying on the water may not be for everyone, but this little boat is adorable.

I highly recommend this stay. The boat was incredibly clean with lots of information available throughout. For me, the best part is the location of the boat. We decided to not rent a car due to the proximity of the boat to the downtown area. We were able to wake up, drink a cup of coffee, grab breakfast and be a Pike Place Market all within just a couple of miles. The bed the is incredibly comfortable as well, so waking up and actually getting up was a bit difficult haha. The shower was a bit small but hey, it's a boat. It's all part of the adventure. Thank you Gretchen once again for the incredible accommodations.

Beautiful place, clean and had everything we needed. Uber to pikes place about $9 which was a great price. Spent the weekend relaxing and definitely would stay again!

There are a few houseboats you can rent in this area, but Gretchen's is particularly charming. The Sugar Shack has been beautifully maintained since 1946-- so don't expect a modern fiberglass yacht, this mostly wooden boat is worn to a smooth shine by years of use, kind of a hobit house of a boat. While it was very cold out, we were so comfy sleeping there and listening to the rain. My boyfriend who loves camping sleepily pointed out: it's like sleeping in a tent but with a bed and you don't have to fold it up wet. It really is a home away from home, complete with all the things you hope an AirBNB will have but often doesn't. A variety of tea and coffee (french press and pot), snacks in the fridge, extra towels, DVDs, lamps in all the right spots, individual curtains on each perfect bedroom window, and wonderful labels to help you sort yourself out. Gretchen was able to answer all our questions and accommodate our last minute booking. She graciously allowed us a late check out-- I wish we could have stayed a few more nights.

Gretchen was very helpful, the tips she provided in the binder were great and the house boat offered a very unique and comfortable experience.

This house boat is the perfect getaway! It has a great setup and amazing views on the water. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will hopefully be back in the future!

My husband and I spent 3 nights at David's place. The space is what we were looking for. The bed is very comfortable, our bedroom and the bathroom were very clean. I really appreciate that I had a little mirror in my room plus a hair dryer. We also had several towels in our room which is awesome! Some other places give you only one towel for your stay. We felt very comfortable we would definitely go back.

David’s place was very clean, quite and comfortable and exactly what I hoped for. Communication was perfect and provided all the necessary information. I surely recommend this place.

I can’t express more gratitude to David. He seldom appeared but when I told him that I got a flat tire in one morning, he showed up immediately and helped me to replace it with spare tire. It’s not his duty to help me on that but he helped me without any hesitation. He is really a warm hearted and kind person showing his care in a silent way. I found a jar with full of candies by front door at Halloween’s day. Usually he is really quiet in the house but reply any messages instantly at any time. The house is in really good location that is close to downtown Bellevue and some supermarkets nearby. It’s in a quiet community. Kitchen is free to use and there’re quite a lot of devices in the house for different usages. The bed is really comfortable. It is essential for good sleeps during the night and won’t get any pain in the morning. Highly recommended!

David is a great host. He was very helpful when I needed to get to a certain neighborhood of Seattle. This room is nice and clean with wood floors, comfortable bed with a warm comforter for winter, plenty of hangers, and lots of towels and water bottles if you need them. There is a good work desk, and plenty of pens. The room has a nice lock that works on both sides, so you don’t worry about other guests. The house has a Nest thermostat that David has set to keep you comfortable, and the central heat works great. The kitchen and whole house has pretty much everything. The bathroom is heated nicely by the central heating unit, and is filled with body wash and shampoo products. This Airbnb is a great place to return to.

David's place is clean, safe and filled with amenities. It is a 20 min walk to DT and the public commute is at a 2 min walk. There were several small touches that I liked - including dozen of water bottles in my room & the power adapters also had multiple USB ports.

I would highly recommend Andrews Airbnb. Andrew and Leah kept the place clean every day and their responses to my text was addressed quickly. I stayed in the loft which Was very cozy. The Airbnb was only two blocks from restaurants and cafés. Also the library is one block away. Very affordable and had everything I needed to make my three weeks day pleasant.

I stayed in the upper floor bedroom for almost 2 months while finishing grad school. I think Capitol Hill is one of the best neighborhoods in Seattle, so I was very excited to find this place at such a great price. It was such a luxury to be within walking distance of so many great restaurants, coffee shops, the light rail, and downtown. The house is older, like many of the Craftsmen style homes in the area, and is shared with other Air BNB guests. The hosts did a great job of regularly cleaning the shared areas, and have posted fun signage throughout the house to help keep things orderly. The hosts were also very communicative and even checked in on me when the weather started heating up. The room is located at the very top of the staircase (good exercise!) and came with a comfortable bed, two-seater couch, desk, extra blankets and towels, an air purifier, and a fan. The space was very functional and I was pleasantly surprised to find it had a partial view of downtown. I recommend this place to anyone needing a friendly, long-term place to stay in Seattle, and who doesn't mind shared spaces and meeting new people.

The space is exactly as advertised and very lovely. It was close enough to the light rail to get to the airport and very convenient. Check in was a breeze too. I arrived earlier than check in time but I could place my baggage in the shared space till I got back to check in. I would stay here again. Highly recommend. And everything was very clean too. From the bathroom to the room itself.

Great place in a convenient location. I didn't get a chance to meet Leah or Andrew but can tell from their bookshelf that they must be cool :). The place was really well put together and everything was easy and convenient. I was up in the loft, which I love, but creaky floors might bother some. Definitely recommended!

The room and house are very nice and clean. But you have to pay extra for a key to lock your room when your leaving. Therefore you need to have paypol or venmo. I think a key has to be included due to the fact that the owner is not living there and 4 rooms are rented by different people not knowing each other.

Feels like home, good experience

The appartement is in very good condition, really clean and much roomy than excepted (for a couple and 2 dogs). Can't think about anything missing, it's really well furnished! Quite neighborhood but also close to parks and food store. Artem and Olga were very nice and here to answer any question we might have and that is very pleasant. We highly recommend the place!

Very comfortable and pleasant place!

Jackie was extra helpful and kind. She always answered my mutiple questions after minutes of sending the text. We were there for only one night. Rooms were comfortable, the living room a little chilly to sleep so if you're planning to use the sofa for 5th person make sure you bring an extra blanket and/or sleeping bag. We'll definitely book again for our next trip to Seattle.

Great place, close to lots of great shopping and just a quick drive to downtown Bellevue! If you're not from the Seattle/Bellevue area, I recommend Wild Ginger for yummy Asian eats. Spacious enough for my girlfriend and I for several days. 2 bathrooms, washer & dryer & dedicated parking spot were real pluses! Would happily stay again:)

Great stay in Bellevue. Easy - comfortable - quiet.

Penny's is a small space, but cozy not confining. Penny put her personal touch into every aspect of each room, and the house really reminded me a lot of my mother's house where I "grew up" because of that. The overall style impression here is functional but comfortable, "lived-in" but not old, and a bit on the cute side really. The beds are very comfortable. You get to use the kitchen and living room - shared with the other guest and Penny. There is a bathroom/shower that everyone shares, the laundry washer is in the bathroom and the dryer is in a closet just down the hall. The location is pretty nice, in East Bellevue sort of between the Crossings shopping center and the Overlake area of Redmond. It's just a few minutes from Microsoft's main campus and highway 520. You can walk to Ivanhoe Park from here, too, if you want a little fresh air. If you're here to cruise around either of the big lakes or for work related to Microsoft, or like me spending a few days while you wait for your new apartment application to clear, this place is pretty good. During my stay Penny was running odd hours so we only met in person while I was checking out, but she is very fast and very friendly about responding through the Airbnb message system if you have questions or compliments. There are three rooms in the home: one is Penny's and the other two are rented out. This particular room has a small desk, but due to the geometry of the room it is not really ideal for guests who do a lot of business in the room... the other room Penny rents is better for that because the desk is bigger and in a more accessible spot. The only thing I noticed that I would literally say "watch out for it" is when you park in the driveway on the left side there is a tree in the lawn, the branches reach low over the driveway and if you are not careful when you get out of the car you can easily bump your head. That, and DRIVE SLOWLY through the neighborhood because there are a lot of kids around and people go for walks all the time here. It's a nice little neighborhood.

Jolanta’s a quiet , beautiful family home in a lovely safe area, her kitties are so adorable, would definitely return , fantastic hosts.

It was a comfortable stay in Issaquah. Jolanta is very hospitable. Her place is quiet and every thing is very clean. Her cats are either friendly or the doesn't care type. The location is within walking distance to a small park and beach by lake Sammamish. Getting to Microsoft is a 25 minute drive during rush hours.

I stayed over for 12 weeks and it has been the best AirBnB experience I have ever had. The place is super clean and the neighborhood is very quiet. The room is spacious with a quality bed and the house comes with all the amenities you would need. Jolanta and Dan are great hosts and very responsive to my requests. The house is very conveniently located to both the freeway and some good hiking. The room was very comfortable and quiet. Really appreciated the little touches like a simple "good morning" note with a bowl to make cereal. Jolanta and Don are great hosts and very fun to talk with. Highly recommend!

Great long stay for the summer. Very comfortable and spacious room, lots of space in wardrobe, and very private feel. Lots of space in the house as well, very quiet and pleasant. 3 lovely and funny cats that you will miss when you leave. Welcoming home in short! There is plenty of parking as well, I had a car and it was great. Bus stop was close, but never used it.

Kelly’s place is fabulous - extremely clean, with all the necessities, great view and luxuriously spacious. The bed was very comfortable, not the “old mattress experience” that you find with some air bnbs. I was traveling for work and I very much enjoyed the office space and adjustable desk. I had high hopes of using the treadmill too. The seating area and living room space is surely a treat, too! And the view....I was sitting at the desk, and a huge eagle flew by the window! What a treat. I was lucky enough to see the distant mountains on a clear day and to experience the coziness of a foggy morning. While I loved the space, my interactions with Hao and Kelly were the best part of my stay. They are extremely kind, and I felt like they genuinely cared about my experience and comfort. I highly recommend staying here - you will not regret it. This will be my first choice to stay when I’m back in the area. Thank you both!

Kelly and Hao’s Place was so great! It was very nice and clean. Their doggo is sooo cute as well. They welcomed us at the door and gave us a tour which was very nice. They also checked in on us and asked us about the temperature. Overall they were so accommodating. I highly recommend!

The rooms were so spacious and clean. The small kitchen was very helpful. A separate entrance would be nice. The fireplace was especially nice on cold mornings.

The location is particularly good and the traffic is very convenient. The landlord and the couple are both nice and gentle. The house is clean and tidy, the bed and quilt are comfortable, very satisfied!

Kevin’s place was perfect and exceeded my expectations. Located in a quiet neighborhood, the house was walking distance to grocery stores (Safeway, Trader Joes, Walgreens, etc) as well as a variety of restaurants. The kitchen is well-equipped with microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, pots/pans/dishes, etc. Kevin also provided shampoo/conditioner/body wash/towels if you forget to bring any of them. The room was spacious with a nice view of the back yard. Kevin went out of his way to introduce me to the city and made sure I had everything I needed. He traveled a lot himself and has lots of interesting stories - a fun person to talk to. I loved the personal touch of some snacks and drinks - made me feel super welcoming. Kevin’s place is perfect for small family or business professionals. This is my second time at Kevin’s place and I can’t wait to book this place again in the future.

Kevin’s place has a bus stop right outside his house that takes you to the Trader Joe’s as well as downtown Bellevue. It is convenient for Microsoft employees given that the the campus is about a 15 min walk or so. It depends what building you are in. It is a safe neighborhood. The only downside was the bathroom, at one point it was shared by a total of 5 people. And there is no cleaning routine set for the bathroom, so it got a bit dirty . I’m sure that could have been worked out had someone taken the initiative to sort it out. The room was comfortable and the place was pretty quiet. Kevin is really nice, there were a couple times I left my key inside and him/his dad helped me out. Kevin and his dad were kind hosts and responsive whenever I had questions. They are attentive.

Kevin's place is right next to a bus stop . So the commute to Bellevue Transit Center is easy. The room was spacious and clean . Best part was Kevin was very helpful and understanding which made things easy

Kevin is incredible. He was very accommodating and very quick to respond with my questions and messages. He accommodated me for a very late check-in, which was extremely helpful. The place was very clean and had all of the necessities for a few night stay. The neighborhood the house was located in had a lot of life within walking distances. However, it was very quiet around the house. Kevin's place was walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants, and it was literally 10 steps from the bus station. This is definitely the perfect place to stay in Bellevue.

Kevin's place is at a perfect location - very easy to get around with public transportation and walking distance to awesome shops, restaurants and grocery stores. It's also walking distance to the Microsoft main campus in Bellevue! The place is great, very clean and spacious. In the room you will get everything you need including towels, shampoo and other essentials. Kevin also provided some snacks for me which I thought was a really personal touch and very considerate of him. Kevin was very helpful since the beginning when I messaged him about the place. He was available at all times whenever I had any questions and replied very quickly. I had a great stay would totally recommend to stay here.

This is my second time staying at Kevin's place. My first time was more than a year ago and I had a wonderful time, so when I needed a place to stay in Seattle this year, I immediately checked out Kevin's place to see if it's still available. Fortunately it is and everything is just as great as I remembered. The room is spacious and clean. The queen size bed is cozy with adequate blanket for warmth. All essentials were provided and the roommate with whom I shared the bathroom was very polite and respectful. I enjoyed having breakfast in the dining room basked in warm sunlight, while looking out the window for a great garden view. As usual Kevin is welcoming and our communication was efficient and accurate. Thanks for another wonderful stay Kevin!

Kevin's place was nice and cozy. I enjoyed the easy access to public transportation. The bus stop is literally in front of the house. Kevin answered all my questions promptly and efficiently through AirBnB. Check-in was very smooth and Kevin went to great lengths to accommodate my late arrival. The neighborhood was quiet and room was clean and comfortable. Even though I was only in Bellevue for a day, I loved staying at Kevin's place. It will definitely be the first place I check if I ever come back.

Bedroom was great bed with comfortable and the host was absolutely awesome Melissa it runs a really good show there but she will allow your privacy if you request. One suggestion would be one extra pillow for the bed, otherwise absolutely wonderful

What a great value! Millicent's place was stylish and modern, in a brand new complex. Walking distance to shopping, food, and a movie theater. The room was small and cozy, with a fold-out bed, and a soft comfy mattress. Everything was clean and very well kept. The host is a very accommodating lady. I highly recommend!

Lyla was such a welcoming host: she brought back memories of my Grandma. The place was very clean and like all warm welcoming grandma’s had plenty of snacks! She gave the place such comfort my future husband and I slept in and missed our flight!!!

Lyla’s home located in the Tam o’Shanter neighborhood was perfect for our recent visit to Bellevue. We enjoyed our 10 day stay in her spacious and very well equipped lower level apartment with a beautiful golf course view.

This was a great place to stay for my weekend in Seattle. I knew I would be busy during the day, so I just needed a nice, comfortable, quiet place to come back to each night, and this apartment hit the spot. Great location - easy drive to lots of Seattle sites and attractions, as well as some restaurants within walking distance. FYI, it is a shared apartment with 2 other Airbnb rooms, which may or may not be booked out during your stay. Had 1 maintenance issue during stay (a building issue, not the apt itself), and upon messaging Dario in the app he replied within 10 minutes, then followed up with building maintenance to address the issue fast. If I return to Seattle, I would consider staying here again.

For the price, amenities and location, this is top-notch. The only concern some may have is that individual rooms for guests cannot be locked. This may make some people anxious.

I found the place to be better than expected! Spacious, clean, stylish, comfortable bed, good location. I liked the wall paintings which were calm and beautiful, and the colorful furniture that helps with Seattle gray. Great stay overall.

Good, clean, cheap. Nice people staying there. Pro tip: bring a sound machine. The walls are thin! We were woken up at 6:00 by other guests making breakfast. But everything was great, no problems. Good value.

I was in Seattle for 2 nights and needed a place to crash in the evenings and Dario's place fit the bill. Excellent location, walking distance to everything (space needle, market, harborfront) and felt safe in the neighborhood. Clean space with a huge common area and full kitchen! Dario was quick to reply with check in details. I would recommend this listening to anyone looking for a home away from home

Hans is a super host and I really loved the place. Though the next door guest alarm went off several times during my stay but that didn’t bother me much. When I needed a fan on one of those rate Seattle super hot days, Hans was very helpful to respond and help quickly. The place is really nice with a beautiful cute backyard. I am looking forward to my stay at Hans next time when I am there.

Great value. Great location. Smaller private shower but worth it. Spacious room. Nice working desk. Shared kitchen, so things can get intense with cleaning but doable. Tom is really nice, accommodating, and responsive. I would definitely book Tom’s place again if I found myself back in Bellevue.

Tom's place is nice, and the private bathroom is a plus. The house itself is kind of old, but it's a decent place to stay for a bit.

We had a great experience. My husband enjoyed spending time in the shared spaces and getting to meet the other housemates. I appreciated the accommodation at such a great price in the area! It was our first experience with an Airbnb and we are hooked now for future trips:)
