Excellent location-near Alun Alun Kota Batu, ~15 minutes to reach Batu's main attractions. Very kind and easy to contact host. Just had bit difficulty on finding the house, as there are more than 1 house using same house number (different block) in the resident complex. It is recommended to ask the security on the complex's gate to easily locate the house

The place was a brand new houses in the amazing location near the city hall. The house was perfect for a little family, and it's great for vacation at Batu area.

The host is SOOOO HELPFULL. I arrived so late at he villa ( 12 o'colck in the middle of the night ), but they still waiting for me to give the key. The villa is so much better compare to photos. The host even give me a discount for arriving so late in the villa. Thank you so muchhhhhh. Definetly will come back and will reference it to my friends and family

Large villa. It's just not maintained. Dirty and impressed that before we came, not cleaned first. Once into the room, it smelled musty, damp and uncomfortable. Many nest of spider. 5 rooms ended up in use only 1 room ... Middle of the night a few of us moved to another villa. Because the itching so could not sleep.

Close to museum angkut, nice view. Debi was helpfull. See you my next trip !!

Debby respon very quick and very helpfull with the question and all that we need. All that show on the photos is exactly the same. I like ths weather there. Still cold, we don't need AC . But there 1 lack of problem. The water heater, after 3-4 people use the water heater, then we need wait to get the water hot again.

We had a great night staying at the villa. But there is a little bit trouble with the bathroom avoor. But overall it's a nice place to stay in Batu and the location is superb. It is beside the mall and near a lot of recreation places.

Kebersihan ok, lokasi strategis tengah kota, dekat mall, cari makan gampang, kemana2 dekat. ada water heater, ac, dispenser, koneksi internet dan tv kabel. Villa baru dan bagus..cocok untuk liburan dg anak2.

The place is strategically located near Jatim Park, Batu Secret Zoo, Museum of Transportation. Fresh air. There are coffee sachets and tea bags. Standard cooking tool is also available. The towels are clean and comfortable mattress.

Melissa was very communicative in preparing our arrival, also during our stay at Villa Gracia. Cookware complete, so we could cook for our children are picky in terms of food. The location is very close to Jatim Park 2 and Jatim Park 1, so save time to go and return to it. The place is also beautiful and cool.

Melisa's place is trully a sanctuary. Her place was very neat and clean. Fresh air with Panderman View, green area within her place, complete kitchen set and eatery tools, were completely made our short holiday so relaxing.
