The one-room apartment is within walking distance of the main train station (approx. 15 minutes). Osnabrück city center is about 15 - 20 minutes walk, or six minutes by metro bus. In our apartment you use your own shower room and your own kitchenette. You have two sleeping options: a box spring bed (width: 140 cm) and a sofa bed (width: 100 cm). We, the hosts, live in the same building and are available for any questions you may have.

In comfortable beds, you can sleep deeply and relaxingly in peace and seclusion. Guests with children and/or four-legged family members are welcome.

Up to 3 people can be accommodated in my beautiful, bright basement apartment, which was renovated and newly furnished in 06./07.2017. The apartment consists of a 30 sqm living/bedroom, a bathroom with a bathtub, in which you can also shower well, a new, modern fully equipped kitchen and an adjoining spacious dining area. The garden, very idyllically located by the forest, can of course also be used.

From the balcony and from the living room you have a beautiful view of green meadows and a horse farm. Free public parking is sufficiently available in the side streets. The proximity to the Alfsee (8 km) could be reached by e-bike, for which there is a lockable garage. On the large fruit meadow you can play, chill and barbecue.
