Great stay. Great value for money. Well cared for and very cozy. Strategic location, easy access to the center by public transport as well as to Orly airport. I recommend it.

I was most impressed by all aspects of my stay at this wonderful split level studio. The place is warm and homely and comfortable. Great location for a variety of different restaurants. Easy access to two different Metro lines and Gare du Nord is also easily accessible by foot. It is a central location with many small local shops, antique stores, bakeries and restaurants around. The apartment is lovely, very clean and had all that we needed. June is a very responsive host, friendly and professional. Our only challenge was that the elevator in the building went out of service for a couple of days during our stay. June did everything she could to get to get it corrected and I appreciate that very much.

My family and I, a total group of 9, decided to make a small stop in Paris for one night, so this location was perfect for us with a nearby station, which brought us closer to the central area of Paris. I want to thank Duc Lam's for making it possible to store our equipment until the moment of our departure while we finished getting to know the city. We loved our stay with Olga! She greeted all of our party as we arrived and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We were travelling with our 8 month old and she had organised a cot, highchair and toys which we were not expecting! The apartment was lovely, had all the amenities we needed with a local supermarket and a couple of delicious bakeries nearby. Local transport was walking distance and took about 30-45mins to get to most of the main attractions. Olga was extremely helpful and assisted us with our itinerary and travel plans. We can’t wait to go back!

Our stay for the weekend was great. This is a lovely place! Very big, very clean and fully accomodated. The host is very friemdly and very helpful. Parking in the neighbourhood is free, however crowded and streets are small. We fully recommend this house!

Pleasant accommodation in a very peaceful area and close to the bus and tram. Access to the garden and free street parking are really nice. The kitchen has everything you need. We recommend.
