Please note when guests are here we use our private bathroom in our garage This room is for a good sleep and a get up and go hot shower ready for your next adventure. We provide safe and secure lockup for your bikes in our garage. Laundry can be done for a small fee Cafe and dining in town close by and a grocery store.

Kinloch Lodge - Cypress Room

Our home is located in Kinloch 20 minutes from Taupo, a short walk from the lake and access to Kinloch's renowned cycling tracks. We have three large guest bedrooms each with ensuite located on the first floor overlooking green vistas. There is a large shared guest TV and entertainment lounge on the first floor opening onto a large private deck with external staircase and access to a Hot Springs spa pool. The back gate opens onto the putting green. A few steps to a fantastic round of golf.

You have booked a large room with a private ensuite, Queen bed and 2 single beds. (*you have not booked the whole house*) Access to the kitchen, dining areas, 2 lounges, 3 decks and spa pool is available during your stay. Free Wifi and also Netflix / SKY TV in the lounge. A short 3 minute walk takes you to Acacia bay beach. You can take a kayak to the famous Maori carvings. Taupo town is just a 4 to 5 minute drive. A Continental Breakfast available each morning overlooking the lake.

Mountain Heights Lodge is located just 2km south of National Park Village. We are an ideal place to base yourself for the various activities in and around the Tongariro National Park. Bed & Breakfast rooms in the main Lodge include Continental breakfast to have at your own leisure. B&B guests have access to a large lounge which has a log fire for the colder days. A private hot spa is available. We are ideally located for the Tongariro Alpine Crossing. We can arrange transport.

Jailhouse Ridge - Private Spa Pool & 7 Acres

Jailhouse Ridge is a fully self-contained unit with its own private access, ideal for couples. It is surrounded with 7 acres of gardens, ponds & paddocks. Your own private spa awaits you on the deck & is serviced daily. With a Queen bed, fully equipped kitchen, en-suite & log fire, it has everything you need for a fantastic stay. The mezzanine floor, accessed by a steep staircase, has a sofa, 42" TV , Freeview, DVD, WIFI. An extra 32" TV with Chrome-cast is downstairs.

Olive Rabbit, Bed & Breakfast, Room 3 - Queen

The Olive Rabbit design is based on the modern colonial concept. We are a boutique bed and breakfast, offering privacy in your own bedroom & bathroom, with a shared lounge & dining. Your hosts will provide your breakfast and assist with further evening drinks before retiring. We pride ourselves in providing personal hospitality. Cut lunches can be ordered for the Tongariro Crossing or fishing trips at an additional cost. Suitable dining options can be recommended.
