first I love his neighbors who checked us in. Cinzia was amazing. She not only showed us our place but took our kids to show us her farm. she also makes her own olive oil and gifted us with some! Wonderful Italian neighbors!! I contacted Rocky in advance and he provided me with specific recommendations for where we should go during a long drive we took. we went where he suggested and was not disappointed! Amazing quiet location with great near by wineries. would 100% recommend to everyone!

We had the absolute pleasure of spending three unforgettable days at Paolo and Monica’s 800-year-old farmhouse — and it was hands down the best Airbnb experience we’ve ever had. The home itself is stunning: full of history, character, and comfort, with every amenity thoughtfully provided. Each morning, Paolo and Monica prepared a beautiful, fresh breakfast spread complete with homemade cakes and warm, delicious options that started our days off with so much care and joy. The hospitality was truly beyond compare — Paolo and Monica are salt-of-the-earth people with hearts of gold. One of the highlights of our stay was visiting with the many animals they lovingly care for. From eagles and owls to donkeys, horses, peacocks, ducks, and sheep — it felt like something out of a storybook. Monica’s passion for rescuing and training animals is inspiring, and added such a special, personal touch to the experience. Thier home is filled with beauty, warmth, and heart. Immaculate views, especially if you're looking for isolation. Gorgeous pool, plenty of room, amazing balcony, wood burning fireplaces - what more could you ask for? I spent 3 weeks here and enjoyed every minute. Was an excellent retreat space, and would love to come back again

An Unforgettable Stay with the Best Host Ever! Flaminia is truly the best host we’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel completely at home. She’s incredibly helpful—always available and willing to assist with anything we needed, no questions asked. Her warm, down-to-earth personality made our stay not only comfortable but genuinely special. What made the experience even more memorable was her recommendation to try her father’s amazing Roman cuisine, perfectly paired with local wines. It was an unforgettable meal and a true highlight of our trip. The farmhouse itself is beautifully located in the heart of Tuscany. It’s the perfect base for exploring nearby cities and the stunning countryside. Thanks to the central location, we were able to easily travel around and soak in all the beauty Tuscany has to offer. Logement très calme dans une magnifique campagne d’Ombrie avec seulement les oiseaux et le soleil pour vous réveiller le matin. Beaucoup de superbes villages à proximité et bien entendu Perouse et Assise! Hugues a aussi plein d’endroits chouettes à vous recommander!

La casa si trova all’interno di un delizioso paesino che offre ai visitatori tutto quello che serve per trascorrere una bella vacanza ed inoltre è situato in una posizione ideale per visitare l’Umbria. L’appartamento è spazioso, pulito e fornito di tutti i servizi. Due fiori all’occhiello di questa bellissima esperienza: il caminetto che ha allietato le nostre serate d’inverno e la gentilezza di Stefano che, oltre a essere stato disponibilissimo, ci ha fatto sentire in famiglia con la sua gentilezza. Grazie!

Madi was a brilliant host and could not have been more helpful during our stay. She was delightful with the children, gave plenty of suggestions and even organised a trip to a local petting farm and horse riding lessons which was brilliant. The house itself is in a stunning location, with wonderful views and a gorgeous garden. Cooking in the kitchen with the windows open and the scent of jasmine and rosemary drifting in was bliss! Not to mention the pool which the kids loved. Thank you!

Nazareno is who we communicated with the most regarding arrival, etc. He was so helpful as we had transportation issues due to sudden Train Strike and a downpour for our drive in the rental car! We arrived much later than expected but he was right there at the gate to greet us. He was always easy to find and taught us so much about the history of the place. Our hosts were very helpful by telling us to stop for groceries ahead of time etc. The tower apartment is just so cool. The views, the serenity, the breeze, it was lovely. We traveled with our three screenagers and even they loved it! The pool was pristine with stunning views, I found myself unable to stay put, I was wandering and roaming and out by the pool all day. My kids asked that I gave the tower, and Nazareno, the highest scores of all of our two week journey in Italy!! There is wifi, by the way, and it works great, but the listing said there was none. The church was also beautiful. Such a great stay! I want to return!!
