Holiday rentals with beach access in Rose

Beautiful home, perfect location, and wonderful hosts! You feel like you're living in a movie set this home is so gorgeous. Sparkling clean, beautifully furnished and an amazing terrace with a hot tub that sits directly on the bay. You can relax, watch the boats (including cruise ships) make their way through the bay. If you leave the curtains open at night, you can wake to a beautiful view from the large king bed. Kitchen is well equipped and the place is every bit as beautiful as the pictures. The location is great. Just a few steps to the ferry (free for walkers) and you can be on the other side of the bay in 10 minutes. You can easily access everything from this lovely village (Tivat, Kotor, Prerast, Herceg Novi, Porto Novi and Budva) by bus. Finally, our hosts were the best we've ever had. They really went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and fun. We hadn't planned to come back but might now just to stay there and see them again. HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION!

We loved our stay here! If you want a taste of local life with a private beach, friendly neighbors, and a quiet getaway, this is your place. Risan is a smaller town away from the crazy traffic in Kotor. There were markets, a great gelato place, and two local restaurants that we really enjoyed. We had a rental car which made it easy to drive to visit Perast and Kotor, but we ended up so thankful we stayed here because it wasn’t covered in tourists and felt like a quiet oasis away from the crowds. Gorana and her parents were lovely! Helped us find a taxi one day and made us some sweets the next day. The view from Risan is incredible and we spent many evenings sitting by the sea. We 100% recommend and would come back and stay again.

We stayed here for a week and we are coming back next year! What an amazing apartment, Sonja was super helpful, we asked for sun lounger cushions and we had them the next day. Couldn’t fault a single thing and Sonja went out of her way to help with anything we needed. Thank you for an unforgettable stay ❤️

We had a wonderful stay, the apartment is beautiful. We were given clear instructions on collecting the key and the apartment was spotlessly clean. Great location, loads of lovely restaurants in walking distance of the apartment. We hired a car and there are plenty of places to visit. Apartment had everything we needed, very spacious and had the most amazing views . The host checked in with us making sure all was ok. We would highly recommend staying at this apartment.

We had a lovely time in Montenegro. Olivera was a great host and helped us every time we needed. Some days we stayed in and took advantage of the bay access, some days we went exploring (Dubrovnik, Trebinje, Budva) - perfect combination. Also, the town, Igalo, is only a 5min drive and offers several restaurants (we went to Babic - a recommendation of the host - several times) and a nearby supermarket. Only downgrade in our view would be the fact that the balconies are too close to each other. Our neighbors loved the balcony even more than we did and stayed there most of the time, which limited our privacy a bit. This is not properly reflected in the pics and description in our view. Despite this detail, we had a good time.

We really enjoyed our stay at Davies apartment. To go to sleep with the sound of the sea and wake to that amazing view made our stay perfect. We loved the balcony for breakfast, and early evening drinks before going out. It was all very peaceful and relaxing. Davor suggested 3 restaurants and we visited each one. We found live music outside a bar on our last night which was really great, locals chatting to you and dancing in the streets that sort of thing really makes your holiday special. I would definitely recommend Davors apartment.

Wir sind sehr froh so eine schöne Unterkunft gefunden zu haben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Auch sauber war alles. Es gab sogar ein kleines Willkommens Geschenk mit Keksen, einem Saft und Wasser, was uns nach der Fahrt sehr gefreut und positiv überrascht hat. Jelena war sehr nett und jederzeit erreichbar. Einzig war die Lautstärke der Straße etwas nervig, aber wenn Tür und Fenster zu sind, hört man davon nicht mehr viel. Insgesamt ein fantastisches kleines Apartment.

We had such an amazing time at Zeljko's house. He is an amazing host, was very reliant and took great care of us. The house is very beautiful and quiet, with a great view and even access to a garden. We couldn't have found a better place in Montenegro.

Biz onu kullanıp daha sonra başka birine gerekebilir diye tekrardan orada bıraktık. Otopark sorunu yoktu. Kendisine bir konuda özür borçluyuz. Bir meyve bıçağını yanlışlıkla poşetimizde kalmış. Onlara bir ufak meyve bıçağı borcumuz var😅 Her şey için teşekkürler.

Thank you for the kind service! We really enjoyed staying here this week. The apartment was clean, beautiful, and overall, we absolutely loved it. It was the perfect place to relax in the evenings — sitting on the balcony and enjoying the night view of the city and the sea was truly special. Above all, everything we appreciated was reflected in the host’s warm hospitality — we felt very welcome.

We loved the house and the amazing views with superb sunsets. The beaches were a short 5 minute walk from the house and not crowded. A car is absolutely essential as the nearest bars and restaurants are a minimum of 15 minutes drive away. Kotor, Tivat and Budva are within 45 to 1 hour drive. We loved Kotor , well worth a visit. A small shop is also 15 minutes drive. The supermarkets by Tivat Airport are the closest big shops. The roads from Lustica Bay to Veslo are narrow and winding. Typical mountain roads. Be prepared to stop and creep past oncoming traffic. The local drivers are patient and pull off the road if it is easier from their direction. Ivana, the hostess was helpful when needed and arranged a plumbing repair quickly. Ivana also gave us good advice when we were " adopted" by a local stray dog ( who was so cute and very well behaved) He moved on after 3 days. We had a wonderful holiday and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to any adventurous people who don't need city life.

We had the most wonderful 4 days at Jelena and Nikola’s beautiful place! The view is truly unbeatable and the house is extremely comfortable with a spacious kitchen and lounge, perfect for nights in, and light airy bedrooms with the stunning view of the bay. Jelena and Nikola were away during our stay but made check in very easy and were so good at staying in touch if we had any questions! None of our group had been to Montenegro before and staying in this house and experiencing Tivat and other local areas has made it one of our top European adventures! Cannot recommend it enough!

Wij zijn hier 5 jaar geleden al eerder geweest. De locatie aan het water is overweldigend mooi. Je hebt wel een auto nodig om je te verplaatsen. De woning is opgesplitst in twee losse units. je deelt de locatie dus met andere huurders. Wij vonden dit geen probleem. Wij hebben alleen maar leuke mensen ontmoet. Ik hoop nog eens een keer terug te komen!

Evin konumu çok güzel, old town a 7-10 dk falan yürüme mesafesidir, belki daha yakındır. Hatta old town dan daha yakın yemek ve kahve mekanı var, yakınında bir market var. Evde otopark var , Kotor trafiği ve park yeri problemi olan bir şehir, evi bulmak da çok kolaydı, tabelesı vardı. google mapsteki konum doğru. Ev tertemizdi, Alex ev ile ilgili şeyleri anlattı, o da yan binada yaşıyor, gidilecek yerlerle ilgili bilgi verdi, bizi son gün ücretsiz Tivat havalimanına da bıraktı ✨tekrar teşekkürler Alex

Milica is the definition of a super host. Always available to answer all our questions, and pretty flexible with the schedule of our arrival. The house was amazing, very clean and organized. The location is amazing for someone looking for peace and quiet, and the view is out of this world. Definitely recommend it!

it's a very nice place, large enough for 2 people. It's in the old town but close to bus station. The bedroom has the view of the old city wall and the harbor, which is very nice. the bathroom equipped with wash machine, although has no dryer, the heated towel rack does the job.

Appartement was very nice, very close to the water. and the vieuw outside the window is like a chefs kiss. The host is very nice, friendly and responsive!

Güzel bir 2 gece geçirdik. Gayet ilgililerdi ve çok düzenliydi ev. Fakat evin fotoğraflarında deniz manzarası varken bizim kaldığımız odanın manzarası tamamen karşı otelin çamaşır bölümüne bakıyordu.

Beautiful views, and a very clean and spacious apartment. Alex was great with communicating and provided detailed and clear institutions on the location. The apartment complex can be a little confusing with the numbers so the instructions were really appreciated. The view from the apartment is just incredible, be mindful that you are up high (hence the view) so lots of steps and on a hill, I wouldn't recommend for someone who struggles with lots of walking. The apartment has great air conditioning, really comfy beds, and just felt like home from home. The pool was a welcomed additional as the weather so really warm, nice pool area and again great views. We would definitely stay again. thanks

Very cute place right in the middle of old town. Was worried about noise but the windows block it from the street! Would stay again!

Stevo and his wife were very friendly and helpful, and the apartment itself is best of the best, cozy & modern interior, small garden from the kitchen side and just 2 minutes walk to the sea, definitely recommend!
