* You will have a complete independent floor to yourself. This floor has a 6 bedrooms, kitchen, living area, multiple balconies and almost 3000 square feet
* This is ideal for a large group coming to Gurgaon like for a family function or relocation or just as a social visit
* The apartment is accessible by both elevator as well as stairs. This is ideal if you have a group with elderly people as well
* We have had many large groups stay in this building for short and long durations - and made many happy memories

The building itself is right opposite Courtyard Marriott and located in a tree covered lane right on the main road itself. The building is in a quiet location and there is ample space all around it. There is also sitting area in front and space at the back. All the floors also have airy balconies with lot of natural sunlight.

In addition to the kitchens in the apartment, there is also room service and a restaurant downstairs. If you would like to have breakfast served in the rooms, that too can be arranged for. We have got great feedback on our food.

There is a manager on the premises who will assist with everything. There will also be security 24-7, and in case of any issues please do escalate to the corporate team. At Perch, client comfort is our #1 priority and we have got over 8,000 online reviews across the internet.
