Charming, private space with access to Berkeley, Oakland and SF. Confortable bed and loved that I could bring my dog! I would stay here again anytime. I live in the bay area & needed an emergency place to stay during a housing search. An amazing bargain.

Martina’s place is a wonderful base from which to explore San Francisco. Her creative passion is wonderfully seen in the room and house. The area is quiet and an easy walk to the local Starbucks for those who need their fix.

Very quiet neighborhood and great location for all our needs (Peet's coffee, Berkeley Bowl West) and close to the freeway to get to SF and back home up I-80.
