Dee Beach House is nestled within 'Conjola National Park' with two incredible beaches just a short stroll away (150 m). This modern pavilion style architecturally designed beach house is a dream.
Light and bright open plan living area opening onto a north facing sunny deck. Cosy in winter, with wonderful slow combustion fireplace and outdoor fire pit set within our landscaped native garden. Linen and bath towels are provided. Everything you need for a wonderful relaxing stay.

The space
Pavilion style pre-fab beach house with two incredible beaches a few minutes walk away.

Relaxed deck with outdoor table for 6 and gas Weber BBQ.

Two queen master bedrooms and a third “kids” bunk room with four single beds.

Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven etc...

Open plan kitchen, dining and lounge with a wonderful slow combustion fireplace and record player with a selection of albums to play.

1 1/2 bathrooms with new washing machine and dryer.

A separate second lounge room in the rear pavilion with a great DVD library (note TV only for DVDs, no free to air TV connection).

NBN WIFI internet connection

Outdoor shower with hot water perfect for post-swim.

Ceiling fans in main bedrooms and electric heaters, please note NO AIRCON.

Easy onsite parking for multiple cars.

Other things to note
We try to make your stay as comfortable as possible by providing basics like toilet paper, hand and body wash, shampoo, dishwashing liquids, tea towels and other essentials. Linen and towels are provided.

Parties, weddings, bucks and hen's nights not to be held at the property without prior consent of the owner. Strictly no smoking inside or pets at this property.

Note the top double bunk in the 3rd bedroom is next to a fixed window so may not suit all people. The window is fixed and can't be opened.

Min 2 night booking/ 7 night min during Xmas school holidays.
