Mellow@Mullum is a unique, eco-conscious cabin designed for comfort, simplicity, and connection to the natural environment. Here's a little more about what makes this space special:
Sustainable Living
The cabin is supplied with fresh rainwater stored in tanks. Due to the surrounding native trees, the water may occasionally carry a light tint from natural tannins. It’s filtered and perfectly safe to drink.
The bathroom follows environmentally sustainable principles and includes a waterless, odourless composting toilet, hand basin, and gas-heated shower. These systems are designed to reduce water usage while maintaining comfort and hygiene—supporting a more sustainable way of living.
Please note that the property is totally reliant on tank water. Water restrictions may apply during dry periods.
Connectivity & Power
While the cabin features high-speed NBN internet, please note that it is located in a rural area. Power or internet interruptions can occasionally occur due to weather or maintenance beyond my control. If you’re planning a work retreat, I recommend having a backup plan to ensure a smooth experience.
Hot Tub & Natural Surroundings
Enjoy a relaxing soak in the thermostatically controlled hot tub. As it’s filled with natural tank water, a slight tannin tint may be present—another reflection of the bushland setting. To maintain warmth and cleanliness, please ensure the cover remains on when not in use.

The property may be subject to total fire bans as set by NSW Rural Fire Services. No firewood will be provided during these periods.
