Our (big) family had a wonderful time at Arica's place. The house was huge and we all fit beautifully. The property was lovely, with a broad lawn and pond. The house was very clean and well-organized. Communication with the host was easy and very pleasant. Highly recommended!

House was even better than described. I traveled there for an extended weekend with myself and friends to go to the races. Arica is extremely responsive and helpful throughout the entire stay and the house is kept up very nicely. Highly recommend staying here. Thanks again!

Arica was very responsive in the lead up to our stay. The house had a lot of character and was a great size for our group of 7 adults - large bedrooms, ample bathrooms, lots of little nooks and varied living spaces. Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
