With magnificient ocean view all the house is made to take part of the ocean. Excellent house to love surf. Near Coxos (10 min walking), São Lourenço (7 min walking) and Ribeira d´Ilhas (3 min by car) this house is the perfect spot.

The house is very spacious and allow to take full pleasure of the ocean view.
We have 4 room´s. One at ground floor and 3 upstairs

Double bed and private bathroom in the
Sao Lourenço room : Double bed with acces to the terrace and ocean view
Coxos room: Two single beds with village view
Ribeira dílhas room ; Three beds in a Bunk bed with a view to the bay

Guest access
The guest can access all the house, gardens and swimming Pool. They can also park the car in the allotment annexed. The technical area of Pool are closed.

Other things to note
In vacations that are longer than 7 nights we offer a cleaning service for each weak and new bedding, towels and door rugs.
