The space
• The entire pool facing studio apartment is exclusively for the 2 registered guests.
• Common areas (lobby, pool and gardens) are shared
• Ground floor of a residential complex
• Directly pool facing - close to all the action
• Curtained glass doors from the bed to the pool

Other things to note
• Housekeeping is not included. We can share contacts for you to hire directly
• No refunds for Power/ Internet outages - they're common in Goa

Houses Rules (Fine of Rs. 5000 per violation and/or eviction from the property):
• Maximum 2 guests (Must provide all IDs via Airbnb message in advance)
• Visitors are not allowed inside the complex for any duration.
• No smoking inside the house - you may smoke only on the balcony
• No drinking / smoking /music in common areas (lobby, pool and gardens)
• Pool access 8am- 6pm, in swimming costume only - nylons/ sportswear not permitted
• No parties / loud music.
• No pets
• Only 1 parking slot per unit
• Checkout 10am or fine of Rs. 2000 per hour
