The property provides a sense of sanctuary to those who stay here as it's fully private and disconnected from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The space
This residence is designed and built by Christian Butler of Studio Limited.

Our primary bedroom offers a king size bed adjacent to a spa like bathroom, which includes a sculptural soaking tub and steam shower. For those interested in contrast therapy, we have a cold plunge in the backyard.

A guest bedroom in the basement offers a queen size bed and its own 3/4 bath. To note, this is not your typical basement as a generously sized light well runs the length of the basement wall which is all glass, so natural lights fills the basement. In addition, we have a theater room with full surround sound for those who like to watch movies, netflix, etc. Our rooftop patio is unlike any other, with epic views of the city and mountains to the west. We currently have garden beds and an 8 top table on the rooftop.

Guest access
Guest will have access to the entire home with the exception of a small bedroom (my home office) upstairs, which we lock off when we travel.
