Lighthouse View is one of the oldest houses built early1890’s. This beautiful space has been tastefully restored and refurbished with mod-cons, plantation shutters, Bed threads linen for a comfortable stay. Step outside the gate and immerse yourself into Tilba village, enjoy the famous TIlba Cheese, Cafe’s & Yoga.

The Bedrooms all have quality comfortable mattresses made up with lovely bed threads linen for a comfortable stay. Windows have wood plantation shutters, able to be open or fully block out.

Central Tilba, New South Wales, Australia

Central Tilba is a National Trust heritage Village.
It is nestled below the sacred Gullaga Mountain .
This small heritage listed village has the famous ABC Cheese factory also many unique gift shops,cafés,restaurants and the iconic Dromadary Hotel and Tilba’s Sweet Water Bar& Grill.
Tilba is not a construct village it has a thriving community and today many of the shop owners live attached or behind the shop as has been for over a 100 yrs.
We are only 15 min drive to Narooma and about the same to Bermagui.
This area is famous for the amazing pristine beaches, national parks,dive,swim,surf or explore many mountain bike tracks.
So much more to do so please ask..
Any way your host Tarquin and Danie’l own the shop next door Arcadia and we live just behind in a small home.
Also Lighthouse View is decorated with amazing Persian and Afghan rugs that we collect and some are Available for sale.
As well Art work by local indigenous artist Cheryl Davidson and some amazing pottery from Ivana McAlpine.
We will always help out and point you in the right direction for whatever adventures you want to experienced.
If you stay with us you also get a 10% dicount in our store.
Sorry about the no pets as we have free range chickens roaming and of coarse our vintage rugs.

During your stay

We own the retail store Arcadia next door and we live behind the shop.
So we are only seconds away if anything is needed but we like to leave you in peace so you can enjoy the space of the private home
We always provide a hamper of local Tilba Cheese milk as well as some Wine and fresh Bread n eggs from our chooks all depending on season.
Any special requests don’t hesitate to ask.
Also anyone who stays with us will receive a 10% discount in our shop Arcadia for the duration of your stay with us.
