The space
The interior of the house is welcoming, and comfy. Colorful walls with funny posters make the space vibrant, jazzy and funky. Our roof-top terrace is a particularly big attraction of the villa. It can be enjoyed all year long, especially in monsoons for great views. Pool side seating and garden benches add to the usability of open spaces at different times of the day.
Points to note:
- WiFi on ground floor
- Perfect for youngsters and professionals and families who want to chill and are ready to embrace gentle imperfections of a homestay.
- Plunge pool size: 10x17ft, 4ft deep
- There is a double battery inverter in case of power cut. One light and fan will function in each room.
- Power cuts don’t generally happen except Thursday’s sometimes. Power cut is resumed within an hour if at all.
- Cctv cameras cover all 4 sides of the villa including pool.
- Staff is available on call for cleaning or buying stuff from market when required. Blinkit is very efficient here.
- Extra cotton mattresses, pillows, blankets are provided on request

Guest access
One free parking in the premises and one outside. Outside parking is still in gated community. Getting around is fairly easy by car. Della resorts and Anglo Indian are close by.

*There is a caretaker who is available on call from 9am-7pm.
* For food these are the options:
A. Zomato, swiggy deliver in this area
B. Kitchenette is fully equipped to make meals.
C. Good restaurants within a km, walking distance actually.
D. Last option: meals can be ordered from my kitchen. Prices: all veg meals: 1500 Indian rupee per head per day. All non veg meals: 1600 Indian rupees per head per day. Meals include: lunch, high tea, dinner and breakfast. Break up of meal price veg/non veg

* meals are prepared in my kitchen and delivered at Retro. Stuff like toast, bhajia, tea, coffee is prepared at Retro
* meals are buffet, needs to be ordered for the whole group
* Cook is experienced and can cater to your taste buds. He can make North Indian, South Indian, Maharashtrian and Chinese
* Only one type of cuisine can be prepared at a time
* Order needs to be placed 24-48hrs in advance
* Special orders can be taken as per the availability of chef
* Orders outside menu are charged extra, please check the prices before ordering

Note: if you’re bringing pets, there is a security deposit of 2k per pet and an accommodation charge of Rs500 per pet. This you can give at the time of check in.
Very important: PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE POOL, considering hygiene of other guests.

Note:
There are other holiday homes in the vicinity, the guests may play loud music sometimes during the day, not after 10pm ideally. In case they get louder at night, please report to our caretaker for swift action.

-A few min drive to Della Adventure Park and Anglo Indian Restaurant.
-There are other holiday homes around.
-Celebratory vibe in the area because of holiday homes. Could get noisy at times. Please report to us when it is so.
-Kune village has some shops to buy necessities from. Construction work happening outside of the society, around the main gate.
-Approx 200 meters of dirt road, otherwise all cemented.
