The space
The guest suite space is temperate and comfortable; rooms are flooded with morning light but not hot afternoon sun. Modestly sized but conveniently arranged., rooms are attractively furnished to function like home. The guest book has information about the area, from historic village attractions to nearby parks and beaches, as well as interesting Bay Area cultural and natural places to visit.

Bay Area artist and educator, Mary Lee delights in historic Point Richmond and enjoys the lively art scene as well as visiting nearby beaches and hiking miles of trails along the Bay. David, a writer and publisher, came to UC Berkeley for college, loved the area and never left. We are pleased to offer guests a private, serene home from home to return to after a day of exploring San Francisco, Berkeley , Marin or the Sonoma/Napa wine country. Our retreat is also a great location for remote work, with quick access to the San Francisco ferry , BART and the freeway as needed. Having travelled widely and stayed in many Airbnbs, we know how helpful local information and tips can be. We're on site to answer questions but respect our guests privacy.
