Knockmore cottage is a traditional 100 year old Irish cottage maintained in an authentic manner but providing the comforts of modern living.

It's located near farmland and the Wild Atlantic Way. 1km walk or drive to Kilmihil village. Surrounding attractions include Vandaleur Gardens, Spanish point, Quilty, Doolin, Kilkee, Lahinch ,Loop head lighthouse, Bridges of Ross, Cliffs of Moher, Kilimer ferry to Kerry and 15 minutes from Trump International golf course and the amazing Doughmore beach.

The space
Traditional cozy cottage which sleeps 4. Oil central heating and multi fuel stove. A fire pack is available for first night. The property has its own well which is drinkable but some bottled water is supplied for guests.

Easy access and private parking with gates.

Other things to note
There property is located near farmland and farm animals so children must be supervised as tractors and machinery passing near the access gate from time to time. Our neighbours are very nice and respectful and would ask that our guests be the same. The house is 1km from Kilmihil village where you can find shops post office church butchers pubs pharmacist etc. The larger town of Kilrush is a 15 min drive and Ennis is a 25 minute drive.
