The apartment is quietly on the garden floor of Villa Matira in a residential subdivision.
It has a parking space and two terraces (one covered) not overlooked.
The apartment is located 15 minutes walk from the beach, 20 minutes from the center of the village and has direct access to the hill for beautiful hikes.

The space
With an area of 42 m², it consists of:
- a large bright living room facing southwest with a fully equipped kitchen area (dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, mixed oven, induction hotplates, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle), wifi, comfortable sofa bed in 160 x 200 (real sofa bed with mattress and topper), TV, washing machine and air conditioning.
- A bedroom with dressing room (and small safe) allowing the configuration of your choice : either a large double bed with a single comfortable mattress of 160x200 or two single beds of 80x200 (desired configuration to be specified when booking - default : large double bed).
- Shower room (hairdryer) and separate toilet

Leisure :
Possibility to park your bikes under the covered terrace,
Paddleboard (SUP) rental possible with paddle and leash,
Semi-rigid boat rental possible at the port of Les Lecques,
Numerous trail, hiking and mountain biking tours on request.

Other things to note
Linens (sheets and bathroom linen) are not included in the rental. It is possible to rent kits (sheets and towels) at the price of 10€ per person.

The end of stay cleaning is included in the price of your rental; we thank you however for cleaning the kitchen and putting away the dishes before your departure.

Outside of July/August we can rent the apartment for less than 7 nights (minimum 4 nights) - contact us.
