The Woodland Inn is not “inside city limits” but that is our thing.

Perfect to escape the city, relax and reset on a tassie vacation. Located only a 10 min drive from Sandy Bay but based on a 10 acre lot. The Woodland Inn is the best of both worlds. Perfectly situated to forget the hustle&bustle of your day job and feel reconnected to the world.

We do live onsite in the main house, but other than helping out when needed you won’t hear from us. Leaving you to relax and enjoy your stay!

The space
You have a huge living area, private kitchen, bathroom and bedroom to yourselves. You also have access to a tennis court with racquets and balls for your use.

In the absolutely middle of nowhere...unless you want to jump in the car drive (10 minutes) and explore the beautiful city of Hobart, or hop on the ferry and see Bruny Island.

There is low light and sound pollution here, so expect some well rested nights and a great chance to see some stars.
