Beautiful Location on Sunshine Lake - Four Bedroom Home. Perfect for family gatherings, close to Calgary and quiet local town. Excelent lakeview right outside the kitchen, dining room, deck and main bedroom. Home has fireplace, fire pit, path around the lake, quadricycle, den, master w/ensuite jacuzzi, and is a perfect place to visit family and relax.
50 min to Calgary Airport
Owners have a separate basement suite, so they are available to help make your stay comfortable.

The space
A warm sunny open space perfect for family gatherings.
Bikes and a unique quadra-cycle are available.
Master bedroom has a jacuzzi bath tub and private TV.
All beds have full encacement matress and pillow protection to prevent allergies and dust. Sheets are 500 thread count 100% cotton. We hope you love our home made soaps. Outdoor seating and a fire pit are at the pergola in the back yard with a view of the lake.
If you need anything extra for your babies or little guests just ask we can make it happen. ex: playpen, highchair, bouncy seat or even plastic dishes.
Enjoy walnut flooring, bright views, fireplace, open spaces, laundry and a peaceful yard. Come love this home and your staying on the lake.

A quiet friendly small town neighborhood. People love to walk around the lake which is connected to the local Happy Trails, walk run or bike. High River offers more than 19 kms of paved pedestrian and cycling pathways all throughout the community, connecting many of the town’s recreational facilities. Set along the river and through the many parks and greenspaces found in town, the Happy Trails provide a picturesque and environmental alternative for navigating High River Bird watchers can spot 103 different species from the view over the lake, or Frank Lake Conservation area is 10 min away.
The picturesque Highwood River that flows through the centre of High River, Alberta, Canada, is well-known for its flyfishing, and there are plenty of other sportfishing opportunities around the area. families love to float down the river or just cool off with a splash.
High River has many boutiques, art, several studios, galleries and public murals.
With its closeness to the mountains and just being out of the city, it is a perfect place to come, gather and enjoy each other.
