This spacious house in the heart of Ségala, restored with charm and surrounded by an unfenced plot, allows you to enjoy modern comforts while combining the charm of the old
Located in a small hamlet within a livestock farm (Aveyron and Ségala Label Rouge calf), it nevertheless remains close to amenities (7 km from Rignac)
It allows you to discover many sites and villages of this region (Belcastel - Bournazel - Villeneuve - Conques - Najac...). And 5 minutes from Marcillac vineyard

The space
The accommodation is spacious with an area of 195 m² (65 m² per floor).
Upon entering, you will find the bright living room with open and equipped kitchen as well as a toilet.
Upstairs: 3 bright bedrooms with storage (160 bed) + 1 shower room + 1 toilet.
In the basement: 2 bright bedrooms with storage (160 bed) + 1 bathroom + 1 toilet + 1 washing machine.

A baby bed + a high chair + a playpen are available on request.
