The space
It is located 4 km from downtown Rio Rufino, 23 km from downtown Urubici
Sleeps up to 6 people, ideal for families with 2 couples and children, in 2 large bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: 1 bed box queen, 1 standard double box bed
Bedroom 2: 1 queen box bed, and a single bed
On the ground floor is the bathroom
Living and dining room and kitchen
In the outdoor area, there is a deck surrounded by the forest, with table for meals outdoors, outdoor fireplace for fire and barbecue in the garden, with grill and skewers.
The kitchen is complete, equipped with utensils and electrics: sandwich, electric kettle, blender, coffee machine, fridge and oven stove.
The chalet has high speed wifi, fireplace in the living room, wood stove, flat-screen TV, cozy sofa and a bathroom with a gas shower. All the faucets have hot water.
Rooms include bedding, pillows, duvets and blankets. We request that you bring your bath towels.
The hut is heated by a fireplace, wood stove and oil heaters — a very cozy way to enjoy the cold of the mountain!
We offer heaters (oil/electric) in the winter and fans in the summer as needed.
There is a mobile internet signal and Wi-Fi throughout the property.
We accept up to 2 pets, provided they are informed in the reservation. Pets should not remain alone on the property

Thinking about your comfort, we leave at the chalet two generous firewood baskets, sufficient for moderate use during the stay, both on the fireplace and on the wood stove.
For the fire pit also
If more firewood is needed, we can provide extra boxes for R$30 each.
💬 Why do we charge? Because this firewood doesn't come from anywhere. Here, we seek to respect nature — we only cut down trees already compromised or at the end of the cycle, which requires time, care and displacement to the bush. It is not something simple or plentiful, so we ask for this contribution.

Other things to note
Chalé Sol da Serra is located in the rural area, 4km from the center of Rufino River, 23km from the center of Urubici and 14km from Urupema.
• Access is easy by dirt road, which brings more charm and tranquility to your stay, allowing you to disconnect from the routine.
Bed and Bath Clothes:
• We provide all bedding, but not bathing. Therefore, it is necessary to bring your towels.

Pets:
We accept pets with affection, but please note:
We are not pet friendly in the traditional sense. The chalet has duvets, blankets, carpets and wooden floors — cozy but delicate items that require special care.
• Pets are not allowed to climb on beds, sofas or armchairs.
• It is necessary to bring caminha, potinhos and blanket of the pet.
• Xixi and hair on fabrics and wood cause damage difficult to clean and will be charged if they occur.
• Always collect your pet's needs, including in the garden.
Our space is cared for with great affection — and we ask for the same care as those who visit us with their four-legged companion.

ATTENTION
We inform you that the charging of electric or hybrid vehicles in the chalet sockets is not allowed.
Our electrical installation is not suitable for this type of continuous use and high energy demand, thus aiming at the safety of property and guests.
