The space
Perched on the lower slopes of Lansdown hill, set across from a lovely local park, Lansdown Slope townhouse is set in the very heart of the city of Bath.
You enter the front door at street level, into a hall off of which sits an impressively spacious and beautifully fitted kitchen/diner boasting marble worktops an American style fridge/freezer and a large dining table for 8. This is one of those kitchens that is the heart of the home; you’ll never want to leave!
Across the hall is a compact study and at the end of the hallway you will find a small laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
This ground floor also contains a cloakroom with shower, loo and wash basin.
The first floor has the gorgeous and spacious drawing room, tastefully decorated with two sofas, comfy arm chairs and two windows. There is a flat screen TV, books and games in this room.
On this floor there is double bedroom and a charming single bedroom.
The top floor comprises the majority of the sleeping accommodation, with a king-sized bedroom with attractive en-suite shower room.
There is also a twin-bedded room and a single bedroom.
All bedrooms have a relaxing, fresh feel in their decor and furnishings.
The final room on this floor is the good sized family bathroom, with bath and separate large shower cubicle. This room has underfloor heating. The rest of the house has central heating.
Our location is ideal for access to all that the historic town of Bath has to offer.

Lansdown Slope is on the lower slopes of a hill connecting the top of Bath to the Paragon and the Walcot Street shops. Just across from the charming Hedgemead Park. A few steps up the hill and you are on your way to the Assembly Rooms, Circus and the famous Royal Crescent, just a short walk away.
Built around 1700, the Bath-stone cottage sits on the lower Lansdown slopes, close to the historic Assembly Rooms, a myriad of restaurants and bars, and Milsom Street.
This three storey cottage, steeped in history, offers all the space and comfort a family or group could desire.
Down the short slope and turn right and you are on your way to the Roman Baths and Bath Abbey.
