This charming 1BR features a Jacuzzi, a beautiful terrace & lush plants. It's a cozy, intimate space-not a large, expansive setting,with intentionally rustic decor. Please read ALL details before booking, including the "Other details to note" section & check our unbiased guest reviews!
Photos with candles, flowers, and fairy lights showcase our romantic setup, available for Rs. 2950. Hot water in the Jacuzzi is offered from December to February.
The space
A cozy bedroom, private terrace and a small kitchenette. Unfortunately we do not have private parking, however happy to help you park your car 200 metres away in a safe spot. There is no power back up, having said that we hardly ever get a power cut.
Conveniently located minutes from AIIMS, Safdarjung Hospital, Pragati Maidan and major South Delhi medical centres by metro. Ideal for families visiting Delhi for medical treatment or extended stays. Full kitchen, daily housekeeping, elevator access and round the clock support.

We do not allow visitors even for 5 minutes. Only the 2 people staying get entry in the building.
Ask for a romantic setup on terrace with flowers, Candles and ferry lights at a charge of INR 2950
Same day bookings need 4 hour heads up.
Respect the place as your own and we shall be more than thankful.
Sunday is a off day for the cleaning team
No speakers/loud noise or loud music please .
Please note that this is a cozy space. Please do not expect a large setting.
Second guest is 500 extra , base price is for 1 guest
Jacuzzi is not hot tub. It’s luke warm with max 30-35 degrees during winters(December- February) Other months it’s room temperature water.
We do not have private car park(we can help you get your car parked about 200 metres away where we stay). We highly recommend coming by cab.
The terrace is open with lots of plants, so if there are any garden bugs, unfortunately we cannot control them.
No one in this property likes to wake up at 10 and hence the checkout time is 1 PM. As a result, the checkin time is 5 pm. Any request for early checkin can only be confirmed on the day of the arrival depending upon the previous guests checkout.
No hookahs please

Local laws require us to collect IDS from local guest and passport and visa from International guests.
