PARKING - Free parking available at the entrance of the property on "first-come/first served" basis.

MEALS - Breakfast available on request at an additional cost – enjoy a hassle-free start to your day!

LATE CHECK-OUT & EARLY CHECK-IN is chargeable and will depend on availability of the apartment at that time. Message us 1 days in advance and we will be able to tell you whether it is possible or not.

Neighbourhood highlights

Coco beach is a mere 7 min drive from the property but is not suitable for swimming and swimmers must be careful as the beach has a steep gradient which quickly takes into the deep waters. However, from this beach depart boat rides to go onto the Mandovi river or dolphin watching. Stop for a sunset drink or food at Teresa by the Beach by Sly Granny, the most beautiful spot in the neighborhood
Candolim beach, on the other side, will be a 10 min drive. It is a popular and beautiful beach with many beach restaurants to enjoy a day out.
Calangute beach is the next one on the coast, extremely popular!
