There is also a separate powder room in the apartment.
The apartment comes equipped with a fully functional kitchen, including microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge. It is also stocked with a full set of crockery, cutlery and a variety of glassware—wine glasses, champagne flutes, juice tumblers and coffee mugs.
In case you would like to cook, we have also stocked the kitchen with silicon tools, pots and pans beside the usual amenities.
Aside from the your private penthouse space, you will also have access to the infinity pool and the outdoor lounge area which are available to all our guests.
There is also a washing machine and clothes drying rack. If you would like to have anything drycleaned, please contact our front desk. We work with a professional local dry cleaning and laundry vendor who will be able to cater to your needs within a day.
We use solar geysers for all hot water and LED lighting helps us conserve electricity. Some of the glassware too (water tumblers and ashtrays) were made from recycled beer bottles! These are our small yet significant steps toward reducing our carbon footprint.
Guest access
During your stay you will are welcome to enjoy your apartment which includes a private plunge pool on the terrace. You will also have access to the common areas of the property which include an infinity pool, common outdoor seating area and ample parking space.
Other things to note
We change the towels and bed linen every 3 days and appreciate your understanding with regards to this. This helps us in conserving water and electricity which in turn helps us stay environmentally sustainable!
We collect a security deposit, which is usually the equivalent of 1 night’s stay. This is refundable upon check out provided there is no damage or loss to the apartment and its contents.
If you are stepping out for the day, please do leave the keys with the housekeeping team so they can clean the space while you are out.
We provide one key which, if lost, calls for a fine! So try not to lose it.
Incase you are unable to find any amenities which are mentioned in the listing description, please do ask our front desk.
The front desk is operational from 9:30am to 6:30pm.
Please note that the pool filteration system and the jacuzzi are both operational during the day time hours only. We turn the jets on at around 11am and turn these off in the evening in order to minimise noise for the guests staying on the floors below. Guests are welcome to continue using the pool as it is without the jacuzzi jets.
Please do not put bubble baths or anything else inside the pools.
For safety reasons, we request all guests travelling with infants and young children to take extra care and caution near the pool area and near the ledge and balconies of all the spaces. This is the parents responsibility for the duration of their stay.
Goa is located in a tropical zone near the Arabian Sea. Because of this, we have a rainy season (monsoon) which typically lasts from June to September. The rain and the lush greenery is a welcome change for many tourists visiting each year! However, it is important to note that electricity outages do happen from time to time during the monsoon and for this reason, we have inverters/power back up at the premises.
Incase of a power outage, the back up will power only the lifts, some fans and lights but not any other high voltage appliances such as Air Conditioners.
While the power back up is on during a power outage please do try and use only the fans and lights that are necessary at that time. This not only conserves electricity, but also prolongs the running time of the inverters.
Thank you in advance!
