‘Kabella 1BHK’ is located in Vagator/Chapora, Goa. It is a 1 bedroom flat with 2 balconies, and 1 ensuite bathroom located inside the Symphonny apartment building by Ashray real estate developers. The flat is on the first floor and it gets a lot of natural light. It has a panoramic rooftop pool with a sea view from the 5th floor that overlooks the Chapora river meeting the ocean, and the historical Chapora Fort.

The space
The flat is ideally suited for 1 couples, with 1 double beds in a 1 bedroom flat with 1 ensuite bathroom. There are two single sofa beds in the living room. In case you have more than 2 people in the master bedroom, the hall can take 2 more, making the total capacity of the apartment 4 people comfortably.

There are two towers in the complex and the pool is on the top of the same tower as this flat. This pool is common to the building and all guests and not for exclusive private use. It shuts at 8:30 pm.

The apartment gets a lot of natural light. It has a panoramic rooftop pool with a sea view from the 5th floor that overlooks the Chapora river meeting the ocean, and the historical Chapora Fort. There are also step out balconies in the living room and the bedroom.

There is no cook or room service but just below the apartment building walking distance down the road is great Japanese at a restaurant called Sakana and opposite that, there is an Italian place called Picolo Roma. There is also a pharmacy nearby, a grocery store and liquor store (Savitri stores) all walking distance away along with the famous Chapora juice center and Alitia crepes for great crepes and coffee. This means regardless of transport you can manage most of your needs.

The pool is common to the building and can be accessed by all on the rooftop of Tower A.

Check in Policy
As there is a booking already on the night before, the apartment will not be available for you before 3:00 pm. The previous guests will check out at 12:00 pm and the staff will then clean and change the sheets etc for your arrival. It takes a full 3 hours to reset the apartment. Please do not ask to arrive before 3:00 as it will not be possible to check you in before that.

The Maid
The Maids name is Bideshni and she will come to clean once a day. She has a key and will come in the afternoon around 1:00 pm usually. ‬

The Caretaker:
The caretaker who will meet you with the key and check you in is named Bhujaun. When you are 30 min away please call him and let him know.

We change the sheets and towels once every few days on request and there is a maid that comes to clean and do the dishes everyday. The flat has a microwave, a TV, internet, a music system, a washing machine, a fridge and cutlery and crockery.
