Samaghang means a house on top of the red soil hill.
Samghang cottages is an ancestral house of my family where my grandfather first laid the founding stone way back in 1950s and we have been preserving the house and making it better.
we are located in a small Bhutia community village filled with local traditions and culture, surrounded by buddhist monastries and nature.

The space
We will provide you with traditional tea and snacks with breakfast(lunch and dinner on request) and traditional wine and millet drinks (tongba).
You will have your own space around the house, with breathtaking Himalaya Range from the front porch and the fields where you will find a locally grown vegetables.
On winters enjoy the traditional stone bath and Burn fire that will keep you warm all night.

Kewzing is a Bhutia comunity village in south of Sikkim with Buddhist monastries surrounding us. Ravangla with a Buddha Park is just a 10mins drive and Namchi where Guru Rimpoche statue Sandruptse and Shiva Statue Chardham is jus a 45 mins drive from us. Gangtok the capital of sikkim in the east district is 2& 1/2 hrs drive and from Siliguri it takes a 3hrs drive. So we are reachable in any way possible, so drop by!!
