Interaction with guests
This is my holiday home. I will likely not be around, the property is managed by a friend who heads the Mekong Estate.
Other things to note
Before sending a booking request, please note that the house was not designed with young children in mind. The property opens on the Mekong and the infinity pool is not secured by a fence. Young children will require constant supervision, as in most places that are unfamiliar to them or their parents.
The house is at the end of a small road that goes through lively* Ban Khoy Village. Please be considerate and act as a guest that is respectful of local customs.
* You may be able to hear the occasional rooster crowing. A nearby monastery may also hold religious ceremonies that involve chanting and drumming (that only happens once or twice a year, though).
