GO BEACH HAPPY!!! 2 BR 2 BA Ground floor End Unit!! Steps From The Beach! A nicely decorated unit full of natural light with 3 sides having large windows or french doors. Park next to the bldg and walk right into the unit; no stairs or elevator needed. Perfect for family vacations. It sleeps 8 comfortably with 2 large bedrooms and built in bunks. It is spacious with room to spread out with double french doors that open to green space for children to play outside the covered wrap around patio.

You can head straight to the beach with 3 private beach accesses directly across the street or are steps from the HEATED pool and spa. Additionally you would have access to all Gulf Place amenities; including 2 additional pools, tennis, shuffleboard, walking trails, green spaces to play / picnic/ or enjoy local events and concerts. Want to cook at home? An updated kitchen is nicely appointed and grills are available just steps off the patio. Rather go out? Shops and Restaurants are only steps away and no need to drive once you arrive.This unit is in great condition.
