I offer for rent my beautiful accommodation (60m2) of good standing overlooking a nice private garden and completely closed(64m2) where it is pleasant to relax away from the noise. Sea 900m, 600m from shops and restaurants.
I make sure that you do not miss anything so that your stay is pleasant and comfortable: air conditioning, fridge freezer, electric barbecue ... tv (flat screen 110cm) connected, wifi, (Netflix, YouTube)... USB plugs.

The space
the particularity of my housing is that it is very well located, in a very quiet area in a small private residence flowered, of only one floor. It is nice to access my accommodation through a private entrance, directly in the garden.
The apartment is very warm and bright, its American kitchen is well equipped (microwave, oven, ceramic hob, toaster, filter coffee machine, fridge freezer, dishwasher).

A bar separates the kitchen from the living room opening onto the garden.

All windows are equipped with electric shutters and mosquito nets.
The large terrace sheltered by a blind (electric too) where you can take your meals in the middle of laurels, bougainvillea and other Mediterranean plants.
Reclining chairs are available for your sunbathing ... as well as relaxed armchairs,
my apartment is very well arranged and has a night part served by a corridor: a bedroom with two beds 90x190, a bedroom with a bed 140x190, a shower room, an independent toilet.
I love animals and I accept dogs.

I put at your disposal a numbered parking and a locked box (for car, bicycles, strollers, windsurfing ..)

My accommodation is located in SAINT-AYGULF commune of FREJUS, in a well wooded and airy residential area, far from the noise.
Less than 500m away you will find shops, restaurants.. the sea is 900m away and
the large sandy beach planted with palm trees at 1.4km.

If you like cycling, you can hike on many bike paths , by the sea, around ponds...
Water activities are close and varied: kite surfing, paddle boarding, boat rides...
and not forgetting the kids: beach club, pony club..

At 5km: Aqualand Park, Luna Park, Karting ..base kayaks at 7kms, fishing pond..

First of all , I consider myself as friendly. I was lucky enough to work in the tourism industry as well as a travel designer as well as a companion.
