Welcome to the "Sonnenberg" apartment
The barrier-free one-room apartment (40 sqm) consists of a bedroom with a box spring bed (180 x 200) and a single sofa. The living room has an accessible kitchenette with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and dining table for 4 people, satellite TV and Wi-Fi. If required, the bedroom/living room can be divided by a curtain. The shower and toilet are accessible. The apartment includes a terrace and a lawn.

In the surroundings of Kastelbell-Tschars, hikers and mountain bikers will find an exceptional number of cultivated alpine pastures with excellent views of the Ortler Alps and the Dolomites. Blooming orchards, chestnut forests and picturesque wine landscapes invite you to hike, enjoy and experience. Whether "mushroom hunting" (porcini mushrooms and chanterelles) or "chestnut picking" (Törggelen) in autumn: we know the places :-) and then there is a mushroom risotto :-)

ENGLISH: Our "Haus Delago" Residence with the "Sonnenberg" and "Nörderberg" apartments is located in the center of the village of 39020 Castelbello - Ciardes (Val Venosta) is 19 km from the spa town of Merano. Here also begins the 11 km long "Sentiero delle Rogge" with a difference in altitude of only 370 m up to the "Juval Castle". Flowering orchards, chestnut woods and picturesque wine landscapes invite you to walk, have fun and live. Our apartment "Sonnenberg" is located directly in the center of Ciardes between Val Senales and Val Martello: (Stelvio National Park with Lake Gioveretto. The city of Ciardes has two restaurants, a pizzeria and a supermarket "Conad". The outdoor swimming pool is located across the street (2 km) and the Aquaforum with sauna and wellness center in Laces (4 km). Our two barrier-free apartments for 4 people in the basement have a bedroom with a Boxspring bed (180x200), shower with bidet and toilet. In the living room there is a sofa bed, a barrier-free kitchenette and a dining table with 4 chairs, with microwave - stove and oven - dishwasher and refrigerator.
If necessary, the living room and bedroom can be separated by a curtain.
The apartments have a terrace and a solarium area. All rooms have satellite TV/Wi-Fi. Parking on the property.

Born in the Rhineland and in love twice: with South Tyrol and Artur :-) We live in Merano but work in Vinschgau in Artur's dental practice and are a large family [4 children + 2 foster children + 8 grandchildren + Golden Retriever Alma ] We spend the weekends as often as possible in our house in Kastelbell . Hiking boots, swimwear, a good book are quick packed in: cooking together, hiking, swimming, meeting friends and just "unwinding" :-)
