Ideal for Recreaters. Enjoy sports all day long, return to the peaceful sunny condo and a clean well equipped kitchen & oven. Includes a bottle of Telluride's Own Rub & Multi Purpose SW Seasoning from Kendra's Kitchen™ Pantry stocked with spices, cooking oils, flour, sugar, honey, pancake/biscuit mix, sugar, ect. Refrigerator is stocked with condiments and the freezer with culinary delights for creating a meal; priced and labelled, please let me what you used and I will send a request for payment via the Airbnb app.

Enjoy VHS, DVD, stream movies, Netflix, PBS, free basic T.V. from a 42"" SMART TV with sound bar.
The masterbedroom has T.V w/ VCR Players, remote control and a collection of VHS Tapes.

Neighbourhood highlights

One can access Prospect Bowl/Black Iron Bowl, Quail and Bald Mtn for north face double diamond powder skiing & off piste skiing or boarding.

Cruise on corduroy groomed intermediate ski trails & the Ute Park for snowboarding or never evers; all in the sunshine.

Beginner slopes at bottom of the mountain, Lift # 1, the Chondola and Lift# 10, Sunshine Express.

Many hiking trails in the area.

Jurassic Trail for hiking, dogs 🐕 and Mt. biking is directly behind condo. A 20-35 minute loop with option for steep uphill climb. Great run for you dog and an aerobic muscule warming hike!

The condo is on the sunny side of the Meadows, the snow melts quickly off of asphalt driveway, little or no icy road to enterance of complex.

Summer, Mt. biking, Hiking, Golf Course, The Peaks Resort & Spa nearby. Take free Dial a Ride within Mt. Village. This service is only available to Property owners in Mt. Village and their Guests. The DAR app and guest code is on the information sheet in the condo.
