The space

Local wood, natural sandstone, and walls of glass embody modern tropical style at this hilltop Costa Rica residence. This fully staffed villa sits between two Pacific bays on the Papagayo Peninsula and boasts 11,000 square feet of living space designed for entertaining with a barbecue.
Watch the sun sparkle on the ocean from outdoor living areas laid out around an infinity pool with a hot tub and sun shelf. There are lounging and dining areas, a barbecue, and a quiet garden. The fun continues inside thanks to a media room, wine cellar, pool and foosball tables, and Wi-Fi.
A wall of slide-away glass connects the pool terrace with the indoor great room, bringing the ocean views inside.
