1hrs drive/ferry from Mumbai. Our guests disconnect from the city & plug into nature - the waves, birds, swaying palms & golden sunsets.

The space
If you vibe with the rythyms of the sea and hunger for the slow life, our home is open to you.

We aren't a resort... We're a boutique farmstay that practices sustainable living with key urban comforts.

Farm-to-table, hyper seasonality and water self sufficiency aren't just catchwords for us. We actually love it and live it! We're a 100 percent self-sustained for all our water needs. Most of what you'll eat here is organically grown by us or neighbouring farmers.

The house: Cosy, minimalist and heirloom is our design philosophy.

The house is made up of 3 bedrooms rooms, a reading lounge and double height hall, all overlooking the sea. All three bedrooms have king-size beds, ACs and ensuite bathrooms.

Only the ground floor room (Private Balcão Suite) is pet-friendly and most suited to seniors and toddlers too. The other 2 two rooms - Bombay and Dronagiri Rooms - are accessed by a spiral staircase to the top floor.

Occupancy: 6 adults comfortably in our 3 rooms and with extra beds (on request) we can host upto 9 guests max.

We're a wi-fi and TV-free zone.

INCLUSIONS

Your stay is inclusive of complimentary breakfast and evening tea.

We have a chlorine-free dip pool (on prior request).

We provide towels, hand wash, soap, drinking water (RO purified well water), ice and soda (Mr Butler).

The hall has a fridge and pantry tray with an electric kettle for self-service tea & coffee.

Other things to note
• Individual rooms can be booked subject to availability (please check with us before making a booking request). On weekends and holidays, preference will be to full bungalow bookings

• We can curate farm-to-table meals (on prior request)

• On regular weekdays, we accept single room/full house bookings

• To maximise your stay we also have packages for early check-in / late check-out (subject to availability)
