The groundfloor rooms all open towards an interior garden which ensures the greatest intimacy and opens towards the swimming pool. The 1200 m2 garden surrounds the house on all sides. 10 minutes from the villa but in the opposite direction you will find the secluded Engraviers beach, our favourite. From there you can go along the coastal path toward La Madrague, Les Lecques and Saint Cyr.

The closest commercial area (small supermarket, pharmacy, bakery and pizza) is 10 minutes walk from the villa, 3 min with the electrical bike at your disposal.
