Where you’ll be

Grapevine, Texas, United States

Walking distance to Historic Downtown Grapevine, shops, restaurants multiple wineries *TexRail, which can be taken to and from terminal B at DFW Airport and downtown Ft. *Vintage Railroad (The Trantula)- great for taking a day-trip from Grapevine to the Historic Fort Worth Stockyards.
• Biking Trails, walking/running, and picnic areas around Grapevine Lake (5 minutes away)
Foodie Alert
• Kountry Dounuts, operated locally for 23 years, drive through with delicious kolaches and all sorts of donuts. Apple Fritters are to die for. (This is a little yellowish building in a parking at Northwest Hwy and Main St intersection, easy to miss)
* Cafe Italia, operated for 15 years, BYOB and the best Italian food around, Thurs-Sun very busy, make a reservation to avoid waiting or go at lunch. 11-10pm (make sure and go to NW Hwy location)
* Chez Fabien operated locally for 20 years, delicious menu, large bar and a super cool vibe for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
*Mason & Dixie Cafe operated locally for past 3 years, quaint cafe with awesome atmosphere (french country design) offers a gourmet twist on old favorites. Try the Grown Up Grilled Cheese and anything with fig, yummy. 12-8pm
*Weinbergers operated locally for 15 plus years. Good old fashioned deli with all sorts of interesting sandwiches that will keep you full the rest of the day. Everything is yummy but I love the cuban offerings. 10am-10pm
*Mrs. G's Tacos operated locally for 5 plus years. Oddly this is located inside Gourmet Apples and More (long Story). Owner's mother owned a famous chain of Taco shops in The Valley, years ago and her son is now cooking up her recipes with his own flare. Absolutely delicious! They are a little set in their ways but the tacos are worth the quirks. They share a parking lot with Cafe Italia. You won't be disappointed with the tacos.

I have lived in Grapevine almost 20 years now and absolutely love it! The hiking and biking trails around Lake Grapevine are amazing. Downtown has so many wonderful places to eat, shop and unwind. I have traveled all around the world and enjoy the "comforts of home" that Airbnb's provide.
