Enjoy the sound of The Yellowstone River, the sights of Yellowstone Park & the surrounding mountains from this beautiful Rental. Located just around the corner from The North Gate of Yellowstone this downstairs unit was lovingly remodeled & decorated to be comfortable, welcoming & stylish. This is a 1,200sq/ft. unit with Private River Access & Outdoor Space with a Dining Set for 4.
Due to the steep hill down to the river, we ask children be 10+ years old. You may hear Guests Footsteps Upstairs.

The space
The Kitchen has a Pantry, Coffee Maker (we include the coffee for you), Toaster, Microwave, Mixing Bowls and cooking and eating utensils. The Living Room has a 55" SmartTV, large comfy couch and oversize chair, you are welcome to use Our Netflix Account if you do not have one.
Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed and Bedroom 2 has two twin beds. Both Bedrooms have a window that open to the river. Relax and fall asleep to the sound of the rapids below. In The Fall you can hear The Elk bugling.
Located in a nice neighborhood, everything is within walking distance.
The house was originally one & with the new remodel, it has been made into two separate rental units, this is the lower.

Our Neighborhood is located within walking distance of everything. Our Town has a population of about 800 people year-round. The Park Boundary is two doors down and about 200 yards upriver from the property. You can walk anywhere in town and park access is literally around the corner.
