Dear Austin, you're the only one describing such a nightmare, guess why? Simple: you've ignored each single basic rule in organizing your life/travels. You got lost, your fault. You have been not penalized but charged 10€ each hr of delay exactly like described in the house description (that obviously you never read). None of our guest arriving late then 7pm has been charged, just you because of your attidute of making fun of us. The place fits for 4 people, just go through all other reviews of normal people reading the description before reserving, again obviously you didn't. Two towels + two toilet paper is the standard staff. 2 girls have been there to serve you BUT having you no phone, no internet obviously was impossible for you to communicate (well done!). You are the first from USA not having any communication device, we love all our guests from USA and rest of the world, no one badly organized like you. You welcomed a friend being in 4 and declaring "yes, in the description it says 4 guests", we also have screens, don't mind. If you want to stay in 4 but pay for 3, ours is not the right accommodation for you! Money you didn't pay in advance have been recovered thanks to the Airbnb resolution center. You've paid 30 € for late checkin (10pm instead of 7pm) and 50 for the 4th guest instead of 90 (30 € each day). Finally, you've paid less, at the beginning trying to pay zero and you're still complaining. In the description we declared even the number of steps, again you're fault, next time maybe try to read before claiming. No tv, no airco, no wifi,...... Take time and start reading! Everything is well described. About your last comments, we don't want to waste more time in answering, you simply don't deserve more.
