The space
This top floor Attic home has a unique woody feel and panoramic views of the mountains.
The spacious terrace has a sitting arrangement for 4 and has the most gorgeous views you can soak in from all of the Shimla region ( influencers vouch for it) . We can arrange for a bonfire or barbecue in the terrace as well.
We don't let out rooms individually and the whole apartment together as the living space and the terrace is common. There is an independent staircase to the house. If you are a big group we can club this apartment with the one below to accommodate your gang - check out Plumcove
The house is enabled with Boradband Wifi internet , cable TV , with most off the HD english and hindi entertainment and sports channels , heaters, hot water bottles , hot running water and other facilities to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
Our experienced cook makes fresh meals in our kitchen just below the apartment and serve them hot inside the apartment. We can also customize meals according to your preference.
Please ask us for the Menu. No hassle of having a messy kitchen, utensils or ordering groceries on a vacation.
We can do everything for you so you can just chill and enjoy the view :)
The house is heated with imported radiators in both the bedrooms. These heaters effectively heat the rooms while making sure there is no oxygen burn or suffocation. This is the best form for heating for Kids as it doesn’t irritate the throat or cause dryness.
We keep adding stuff as requested by guests so make sure we are only improving :)

Guest access
Guests will have absolute access to everything in the house. Chill in the cozy living room which is equipped with lounge couches, an interesting book collection and games.
Bring along your favorite movies or seasons on your USB and watch them on the big LCD TV.
Guests can cook a hot meal to enjoy on the terrace, our very functional kitchen with electronics like Fridge , Microwave , Induction , electric kettle etc is fully equipped to do just that , additionally if your too lazy to step out , the caretaker can help you with the groceries .
You can also enjoy cooking on the outdoor barbecue and a bonfire on request.
There are a couple of restaurants nearby which offer home delivery above a minimum amount of rs 350 so forget the food blues and enjoy the view, the menus are in the house.
If you have kids or are vegetarian/jain/vegan or prefer home cook food arrange meals according to you, so you can rejuvenate on your travel.

- Barbecue - 800 rs for providing stand - buying coal , alcohol and starting the fire
- Our in house cloud kitchen can prepare fresh meals for you which can also be customized according to your requirement. Local Pahari delicacies are also available on order. Please ask us for the seasonal menu.
- The caretaker can help with the groceries so you dont have to step out for chores (You can tip him @50 rs per market round)
- Driver boarding charges are 700 rs a day
The maid is paid to clean and dust the house only, we request you to clean the utensils as you use. If you need the maid to help you clean , please tip her accordingly.
We like being fair and square, no hidden charges ever, we send out a list of faq's once you book the house.
If the staff brings to our attention time taking cleaning chores after you have left, might request cleaning charges.
