The space
Simbliss Farm, a luxury farmhouse on 2.5 acres of land, features 4 bedrooms each with attached bathrooms, a spacious living and dining area and a well-equipped kitchen. The wrap-around porch and expansive lawns provide a chance to soak in the fresh, pristine air and enjoy the peacefulness of the surroundings.
For those who enjoy activities, the farmhouse has a newly built swimming pool with an outdoor bar and comfortable seating arrangements, perfect for relaxing. There is also a walking path, amenities for badminton, cricket, football, and indoor games, as well as a music system for an active entertainment. On chilly nights, the farmhouse also offers provision for bonfires.
The friendly and professional staff is on hand to assist you with any needs you may have. If you don't feel like cooking, the in-house chef can impress you with delicious meals from the kitchen at an additional cost of 5000/per day. Check-in and Check-out:-
Please cooperate with the staff for all the formalities and provide valid identification at the time of check-in. A maximum of 14 people can stay at the property at a time.
A security deposit of INR 5000 must be paid at least 24 hours before check-in. This amount is fully refundable provided there are no damages or if any extra services are availed at the property.
Party Rules:
-Narcotics are strictly prohibited
-Please speak to us at the time of making the booking if you'd want to invite
people over for a get-together party.
-There shall be an additional charges of INR 1000 per visitor, and the gathering should not exceed twenty-five people.
-Bringing outdoor help like bartenders and servers are not allowed for a
group -of fewer than 25 people. Also, there will be a floating charge for them also.
-The visitors are not allowed to spend the night at the property and must leave by 11:00 pm. After 11 pm the visitors will also be charged for their stay 1000/head.
Events:
Functions and large gatherings are allowed here but the total gathering shall not exceed one hundered people. The property rental in those cases is different and higher than what's mentioned as a per night price on Airbnb.
-We allow catering companies to provide their services at our property.
-We allow DJs to perform at the property at an additional charge but only
for the events like wedding, anniversary, birthday (gathering of more than 75 people)
-Guests are allowed to conduct a video/photo shoot at the property.
-DJs are not permitted at the property after 10 pm.
-Bringing outdoor help like bartenders and servers are not allowed for a
group of fewer than 25 people. Also, there will be a floating charge for them also.
-We also don't provide such services from our end.
-Loud music after 10 pm is not allowed.
Additional Information:
Smoking is allowed, but only in the balconies and garden area.
Please do not litter. Keep your surroundings clean and tidy.
Extra mattresses are available.
During the extreme cold waves in Delhi NCR, we request you to please carry extra blankets along.
You are free to use the pool but please exercise caution as there is no lifeguard on duty.
Please maintain hygiene in and around the pool area.
Guests shall be held responsible for any kind of damage to the property or any illegal activity undertaken here.
Food ordering apps like Zomato, Swiggy and Uber Eats do not provide their services in this region.
In case you are traveling with a driver (only 1 can be accommodated), we will provide a sleeping arrangement at an additional charge. However, please inform us in advance.
Pets may be allowed here. Please speak to us about it at the time of making the booking.
Guest access
Please do let us know in advance if you plan on using the barbeque so we can make necessary arrangements.
It's a Paradise for golfers as there are several golf courses nearby. ITC Classic Golf And Country Club (27 Holes Jack Nicklaus designed course), Tarudhan Valley Golf Course, ITC Grand Bharat are within a 15-minute drive from the farm.
Other things to note
We suggest that you plan to arrive at the farmhouse well before sunset and spend the night to avoid any issues with finding the location or leaving. The final 2-minute drive to the farmhouse is on an unpaved road with limited street lighting, as it is a farmhouse.
Please note: As people are staying in neighboring farms, music and noise levels needs to be maintained.
There are CCTVs in the common areas for the safety of our guests.
-DJs are only allowed on the special occasions like wedding, birthday etc (gathering of more than 75 people).
-Bringing outdoor help like Bartender and servers are not allowed for a small gathering of less than 25 people. We also don't provide such services from our end.
-Loud music after 10 pm is not allowed.
