My accommodation is in a beautiful gated and guarded 24/7 holiday residence with swimming pool, playground for children. The residence is close to the Bouznika beach, classified as a blue lagoon, a surf spot, and for golf lovers, the rental is just across the street from a nice 9-hole golf course. Children enjoy the residence where they can play and ride a bicycle safely. The rental has all the comforts for a great vacation.

The space
The residence is new and very secure. It has a large swimming pool, tennis court and playground for children. The building has an elevator, disabled access, and a garage in the basement. The apartment has a living room with a fireplace and dining area, an American kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a large furnished terrace where you can relax and admire the beautiful sunsets. The accommodation is suitable for couples with children (in summer lifeguard, entertainment...).

Guest access
Guests can access all rooms in the apartment. They can also park their vehicle for free in the garage which is in the basement

Other things to note
There is a convenience store, bakery/pastry shop and a snack bar just behind the residence. A 9-hole golf course is just across the street from the residence. A school and surf spot are 2 minutes away by car. In this spot but also in the village next door (5 min walk) there are restaurants where it is possible to taste fresh fish and seafood as well as excellent traditional tagines cooked on embers.

Where you’ll be

Région de Chaouia-Ouardigha, Morocco

It is a pleasant place with green spaces and close to all amenities ( supermarket, snack and bakery/pastry right behind the residence). Lots of restaurants 5 minutes walk away where you can taste tagines and grills . For golf lovers, just cross the road to get to a very nice 9-hole golf course. Crossing the golf we arrive at the beach of Bouznika (very clean and well frequented)
